Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board had issued notification for recruitment of Bin Sachivalay Clerk Post and received applications for the same. The board had again issued notice and declared result on 19/09/2012 under Advertisement No. 21/201112 and eligible candidates have been called for checking of certificates and departmental distribution from 24/09/2012 to 03/10/2012.

Candidates, who were not present in this procedure of distribution and candidates from Merit No.2161 to 4035, are informed to pay attention on following instructions about checking and selection procedure.

Time and Place: Candidates are requested to present at 09.00 AM/ 01.00 PM as specified by the board. The details of dates and time to present for selection and checking procedure are given under original notification (given below).

Near C- 5 Fountain,
Sector -17, Gandhinagar
Ahmedabad

Important Instructions for Candidates:
Candidates have to follow below instructions strictly. Final decision for selection will be bound on Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board.

Candidates have to remain present along with One Identity Proof, Three Passport Size Photographs, One Set Of Copies Of necessary Certificates (10th Mark Sheet, 12ht Mark Sheet, Leaving Certificate) and its originals.
He/ She should also present certificate about basic computer knowledge specified by General Administration Department dated 13/08/2008.
Caste certificates for SC/ ST/ SEBC candidates
Medical certificate for physical handicapped candidate
No Candidate will be received separate letter to be present for this procedure. They are requested to read the dates and time specified in original notification (given below).
