NET - SLET Free Couching by Gujarat University : The main objective of providing coaching scheme is to prepare these candidates for appearing in the National Educational Testing (NET) and State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) so that sufficient number of candidates becomes available for selection of Lecturer in the University System.
Eligibility: As per eligibility Criteria for appearing in NET Examination (Please refer http://www.ugc.ac.in/inside/neteligibility.html)
Coaching will be organized by dividing the candidates into various groups, each group consisting of not more than 25 candidates in each paper. The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a preliminary test, in case there are more number of applications.

According to the notification released by NICL - The written exam would be held in two shifts in all the centre(s) on 14th July 2013 except in the State of Gujarat.
- The examination at Baroda and Ahmedabad centers will be held on 21.07.2013 in two shifts.
Details of the Shifts : - 1st Shift : 9.00 am to 11.00 am ( Reporting at 8.30 am)
- 2nd Shift : 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm (Reporting at 12.00 pm)
