| Posted: 08 Jul 2013 08:05 AM PDT હવે આ પોષ્ટ જુઓ મિત્રો , જાગો વિકલ્પવાળા શિક્ષક મિત્રો તમને અન્યાય થઈ રહ્યો છે... (૧ ) અમૂક શિક્ષકમિત્રો ૧૦ કે તેથી વધુ વર્ષની સીનીયોરીટી વાળા એમની શાળામાં વિકલ્પ સ્વીકાર્યો અને હવે તાલુકાફેર કે આંતરીક બદલી માં પણ તેમની નવેસરથી સીનીયોરીટી ગણાય એ અન્યાય નહી તો શું? (૨) અમૂક શિક્ષકમિત્રો કે જેમણે PTC ના આધારે ૨૦૧૦ માં ભરતી થઈ ૧ થી ૭ ની શાળામાં તેઓ + Grad થયેલા હોય વિકલ્પ સ્વીકાર્યો ૨૦૧૨ માં તો તેઓ માટે તાલુકાફેર બદલી કેમ્પ માંગણી ૨૦૧૫ માં એટલે તેઓ ૧થી૫ ના હાલના કેમ્પમાં પણ ના જઇ શકે કે ના ૬ થી ૮ ના આ અન્યાય નહી તો શું???? (૩) અમૂક શિક્ષક મિત્રો એવા છે કે જેમને શાળામાં સીનીયોરીટી વધુ હૉય અને વિકલપા સ્વીકારી ને પણ તમારી શાળા મેળવેલી હોય તો પણ તમે B.Ed વાળા રેગ્યુલર ભરતીવાળા શિક્ષકમિત્રો કરતાં પણ પાછળ ભવિષ્યમાં(આવતા વર્ષે) તમારે પણ વધનો સામનો કરવો પડશે એવી સ્થિતિ સર્જાય આ અન્યાય નહી તો શું? હજીયે ઘણા પ્રશ્નો ઉપસ્થિત થાય છે વધ અને વિકલ્પની પ્રક્રીયા સરખી જ છે તેમની સીનીયોરીટી મૂળ શાળાની ગણાતી હૉય તો વિકલ્પવાળા ની કેમ નહી ? મિત્રો , ભલે તમને વિકલ્પ લઈને તમારી મનગમતી શાળા મળી હોય પણ સીનીયોરીટી ની લડતમાં સહકાર આપજો ..  |

The creator of film production sector, Mr. Dutt was born in Mangalore on 9/7/1925. Infancy had lived for some time in Ahmedabad. Dance education to the creation of cinema joined as a trainee. Guru Dutt was one of the greatest icons of commercial Indian cinema. Although he made less than 50 films during his lifetime, they are believed to be the best to come from Bollywood’s Golden Age, known both for their ability to reach out to the common man and for their artistic and lyrical content, and they went on to become trendsetters that have influenced Bollywood ever since. But for all his genius, there was a shroud of tragedy that overshadowed his career and life.
