Mr. prabhulal Dave was born in bambhaniya village near Amreli on 4/7/1916. High school and college education to Junagadh, Ahmedabad College of Law graduate. He started his career as a lawyer. Municipal, first elected President. Served as MLA in the Legislative Assembly of Gujarat .Assembly and chairman of the panel served .He was given the rank of cabinet when he humbly denies .
