Posted: 20 Jun 2013 10:44 PM PDT 23 જૂનથી અધિકારીઓ મતદારોનાં ઘેર ઘેરફરશે - નવી મતદાર યાદી: ૨૦૧૪માં યોજનારી લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી પહેલાં તંત્ર દ્વારા નવી મતદાર યાદી તૈયાર કરવા કવાયત - ૧લી જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૧૪ના રોજ ૧૮ વર્ષ પૂરા કરનાર નવા મતદારો ઉમેરાશે ૨૦૧૪માં યોજાનાર લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી પહેલાં તમામ નાગરિકોના નામો મતદાર યાદીમાં આવે તે હેતુથી શરૂ કરવામાં આવનાર નવી મતદાર યાદી માટે ૨૩ જૂનથી અધિકારીઓ મતદારોના ઘરે ઘરે ફરશે. આગામી વર્ષ ૨૦૧૪માં આવનાર લોકસભાની ચૂંટણી પહેલાં મતદાર યાદીને ખામી રહિત બનાવવા માટે ઘરે ઘરે જઈ તમામ મતદારોની વિગતો ચકસવાનો ચૂંટણી પંચે આદેશ આપ્યો છે. જે અંતર્ગત વડોદરા શહેર અને જિલ્લામાં આગામી ૨૩ જૂનથી ૨૧ જુલાઈ સુધી નવી મતદાર યાદી તૈયાર કરવા અધિકારીઓ મતદારોના ઘરે ઘરે જશે. આ કાર્યવાહીમાં આગામી ૧લી જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૧૪ના રોજ ૧૮ વર્ષ પૂરા કરનાર યુવાનનાં નવા નામ દાખલ કરવા સહિત સ્થળાંતર કરી ગયેલા મતદારોના નામ બદલવાની કામગીરી કરવામાં આવશે. - ૭ જુલાઈએ મતદાન મથકે કાર્યક્રમ મતદારોના ઘરે ઘરે ફરી ફોર્મ ભરાવવાની કામગીરી કરવા સાથે જો કોઈ મતદાર જરૂરી પુરાવા કે ફોર્મ તુરત જ આપી ના શકે તેવા સંજોગોમાં મતદારોની સુવિધા માટે આગામી ૭ જુલાઈના રોજ તમામ મતદાન મથકોએ બૂથ લેવલ ઓફિસર હાજર રહેશે. - નવી સોસાયટીઓની નોંધણી કરાશે છેલ્લા વર્ષોમાં શહેરમાં સંખ્યાબંધ નવી સોસાયટીઓ અને એપાર્ટમેન્ટ બની ગયા છે. ત્યારે નવી મતદાર યાદી બનાવવાની આ કામગીરીમાં શહેરમાં નવી બનેલી સોસાયટીઓ અને એપાર્ટમેન્ટમાં રહેવા આવેલા રહીશોની વિગતો પણ આ અભિયાનમાં એકત્રિત કરવાનો આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે. જે માટે એક અલગ પત્રક બનાવાશે.

ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રોના માધ્યમથી વ્યાવસાયિક અભ્યાસક્રમો શરૂ કરવા બાબતની મીટીંગ Posted: 20 Jun 2013 05:19 AM PDT ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રોના માધ્યમથી વ્યાવસાયિક અભ્યાસક્રમો શરૂ કરવા બાબતની મીટીંગ પ્રતિ, કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રી, કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્ર તા-૦૧-૦૬-૨૦૧૩ ના રોજ માનનીય મુખ્ય મંત્રીશ્રીના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને મળેલ મીટીંગમાં નક્કી થયા મુજબ રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ ખાતે વ્યાવસાયિક અભ્યાસક્રમો નજીકના કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રોની મદદથી શરૂ કરવાના રહે છે. પ્રાથમિક તબક્કે કમિશનર રોજગાર અને તાલીમ ની કચેરી તથા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ વિભાગના અધિકારીઓ સાથેની તબક્કાવાર બેઠકોમાં નક્કી થયા મુજબ રાજ્યની ૫૦૦ ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં આ વ્યાવસાયિક અભ્યાસક્રમો પૈકી હાલમાં લાઈફ સ્કીલ તેમજ eMPOWERનાં અભ્યાસક્રમો શરૂ કરવાના રહે છે. શ્રમ અને રોજગાર વિભાગ હસ્તકના કમિશનર રોજગાર અને તાલીમ તળે ચાલતા કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રની ભુમિકા આ Edu-Skill તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમ માટે મેન્ટર (માર્ગદર્શક) તરીકેની રહેશે. જ્યારે સમગ્ર તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમનું અમલીકરણ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ વિભાગ હસ્તકના સર્વ શિક્ષા અભિયાન દ્વારા કરાવવાનું રહેશે. જે તે કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રની નજીકની ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓએ પરસ્પર સંપર્કમાં રહીને લાઇફ સ્કીલ તથા eMPOWER ના અભ્યાસક્રમો શરૂ કરવાના થાય છે.હાલમાં કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રમાં આઉટસોર્સીંગ ફેકલ્ટી દ્વારા તાલીમ આપવામાં આવે છે. તે મુજબ ૫00 ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં પણ કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્ર ખાતેથી ટ્રેનર પુરાપાડવાનું આયોજન છે. તા-૧૩,૧૪,૧૫ જુન દરમિયાન શાળા પ્રવેશોત્સવ દરમિયાન માનનીય મુખ્ય મંત્રીશ્રી , માનનીય મંત્રીશ્રીઓ, ,માનનીય ધારાસભ્યશ્રીઓ તેમજ ઉચ્ચ અધિકારીશ્રીઓ સહિતના મહાનુભાવોની મુલાકાત સમયે લાઇફ સ્કીલ તથા eMPOWER ના અભ્યાસક્રમોનુ ઉદઘાટન કરવાનુ આયોજન છે જે માટે માનનીય કમિશનરશ્રીના અધ્યક્ષસ્થાને રાજ્યનાતમામ કૌશલ્ય વર્ધન કેન્દ્રોના કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરની મીટીંગ તા.૧૦-૦૬-૨૦૧૩ ના રોજ રાખેલ છે. જેનું સ્થળ તથા સમય હવે પછી જણાવવામાં આવશે. હાલમાં તમારીકક્ષાએથી નીચે મુજબની કામગીરી કરવાનીરહે છે. ૧. કુલ ૫૦૦ શાળાઓ કે જ્યાં પ્રાથમિક તબક્કામાં લાઇફ સ્કીલ તથા eMPOWER ની તાલીમ શરૂ કરવાની છે તે શાળાઓની યાદી તેના શાળા કક્ષાએથી સંકલન કરનાર કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરની યાદી તથા જે તે શાળાને કયા કેવીકે સાથે સંલગ્ન છે તેની યાદી દર્શાવતું પત્રક આ સાથે સામેલ છે. ૨. પસંદ કરવામાં આવેલ પ્રાથમિક શાળાનીમુલાકાત લેવાની રહેશે. ઇન્ટરનેટની સુવિધા સહિતના ૧૦ કોમ્પ્યુટર વર્કીંગકન્ડીશનમાં છે કે નહી તથાeMPOWER ની તાલીમ માટે યોગ્ય છે કે કેમ ? ૩. જરૂરી ઇન્ટરનેટ તથા લેનની માળખાકીયસુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ છે કે કેમ ? ૪. જે તે પ્રાથમિક શાળા ખાતેથી લાઇફ સ્કીલ અભ્યાસક્રમ માટેની સગવડ તેમજ અત્રેથી કોર્ષનુ બાસ્કેટ (ગૃપ ઓફ ટ્રેડ) બનાવેલ છે તેમાં કોઇ સુધારા વધારા હોય તો તેની વિગતો ૫. eMPOWER તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમ ચલાવવામાટે પ્રાથમિક શાળા ખાતે સવારે ૧૧ થી ૧ તેમજ સાંજે ૩ થી ૫ તેવા બે સ્લોટ્માં બે બેચ રહેશે. આ અમલીકરણથી સદર ૪૦ કલાકનો અભ્યાસક્રમ ૧૦ તાલીમાર્થીઓ લેખે દૈનિક બે બેચ ગણતાં તાલીમ કામકાજના ૨૦ દિવસમાં ૨૦ તાલીમાર્થીઓને તાલીમ આપવાની રહેશે. જેથી માસિક ૧ શાળા દીઠ ૨૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓતાલીમ લઈ શકશે. તે પ્રકારનુ આયોજન પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ વિભાગ સાથે મળી કરેલ છે જે બાબતે જરૂરી સુચનો અથવા પોતાનીઅનુકુળતા મુજબ પણ મોડ્યુલ ગોઠવી શકશે જે અંગેની વિગતો લાવવાની રહેશે. ૬. સદર તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમના અમલીકરણ અંગે અન્ય સુચનો Thanking You, KVK Branch Commissionerateof Employment and Training, Block No 1 Third Floor Dr. Jivraj Mehta Bhavan, Gandhinagar 382010 kvkadtdet@gmail.com http:// www.talimrojgar. org/

28 જુનથી મેડીકલમાં પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયાનો પ્રારંભ Posted: 19 Jun 2013 09:47 PM PDT 28 જુનથી મેડીકલમાં પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયાનો પ્રારંભજીજીએન ટીમ દ્વારા | June 19, 2013, 07:20 PM IST અમદાવાદ :ગુજરાતમાં મેડીકલ ફેકલ્ટીમાં પ્રવેશ માટેની પ્રક્રિયા 28 જુનથી શરૂ થશે. 22 જુલાઇ સુધીમાં ભરેલા પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ જમા કરાવાના રહેશે એમ રાજ્ય સરકારના પ્રવક્તા અને આરોગ્ય મંત્રી નીતિન પટેલે જાહેરાત કરી હતી. ગાંધીનગર સ્વર્ણિમ સંકુલ 1 ખાતે પત્રકારો સાથેની વાતચીતમાં એમ કહ્યુંકે એમબીબીએસમાં પ્રવેશ માટે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે મંજુરી આપી છે અને સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટે એમ જણાવ્યું છે કે પ્રવેશ આપતીવખતે પ્રવેશફોર્મમાં એવી ખાસ સુચના લખવી કે સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટના ચુકાદાને આધીન પ્રવેશ મળશે. કેમ કે મેડીકલમાં પ્રવેશ સંદર્ભે રીટ અરજીની કાનૂની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલી રહી છે. ગુજરાતમાં 28 જુનથી 19 જુલાઇ સુધી એક્સીસ બેન્કમાંથી રૂ. 170 ભરીને પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ મેળવી શકાશે. ભરેલા પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ 29 જુનથી અમદાવાદની બી. જે. મેડીકલ કોલેજમાં સેન્ટ્રલ પ્રવેશ સમિતિને પહોંચાડવાના રહેશે. 22 જુલાઇસુધી ભરેલા ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે. તેમણે એમ પણ કહ્યું કે એમબીબીએસમાં પ્રવેશ માટ ગુજકેટ અને પોસ્ટ ગ્રેજયુએશનમાં પ્રવેશ માટે નીટના આધારે પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી થશે. આમ, છેલ્લા કેટલાક દિવસથી મેડીકલમાં પ્રવેશ સંદર્ભે વિદ્યાર્થી અને વાલીઓમાં સર્જાયેલી મુંઝવણનો અંત આવ્યો છે.

ધો.૧ થી૫માં પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી નહીં કરાતા નામદાર હાઈકોર્ટ સમક્ષ શિક્ષકોનો ઘા Posted: 19 Jun 2013 02:09 AM PDT ધો.૧ થી૫માં છેલ્લા ચાર વર્ષથી પીટીસી ઉમેદવારોની ભરતી થતી નથીતેમજ એક વરસથી ટેટની પરીક્ષા આપેલ હોવા છતાં શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી નહીં કરાતા નામદાર હાઈકોર્ટ સમક્ષ શિક્ષકોએ ઘા નાખ્યો છે. બનાસકાંઠા, મહેસાણા તથા સાબરકાંઠાના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણના શિક્ષકોએ અગાઉ ડાયરેક્ટર ઓફ પ્રાઈમરી એજ્યુકેશન તેમ જ રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ મંત્રી સમક્ષ રજૂઆત કરેલ હતી કે, પ્રાથમિક વિભાગમાં શિક્ષકની ભરતી છેલ્લા ચાર વરસથી કરવામાં આવેલ નથી તેમ જ ટેટની પરીક્ષા પાસ કર્યાને એક વરસ વીતી ગયેલ હોવા છતાં તેમને કોઈ નિમણુંકનો હૂકમ આપવામાં આવેલ નથી. આ રજૂઆતના અનુસંધાનમાં સક્ષમ વહીવટીતંત્ર દ્વારા શિક્ષકોએ કરેલી કોઈ જ રજૂઆતનો કોઈ જ પ્રત્યુત્તર નહી મળતા આખરે તેઓ કંટાળીને નામદાર હાઈકોર્ટ સમક્ષ વિશેષ દીવાની અરજી નંબર ૬૬૫૬/૨૦૧૩ની કરવી પડેલ. જેમાં, તેઓની મુખ્ય રજૂઆત હતી કે, પી.ટી.સી. ઉત્તિર્ણ થયેલ ઉમેદવારોએ લોઅર લેવલ પાર્ટ-૧ ટેટની પરીક્ષા પણ પાસ કરેલ છે. જે પરીક્ષામાં અંદાજે ૧૨૭૦૦૦ ઉમેદવારો બેઠેલા. જેમાંથી ફક્ત ૪૦૨૯ ઉમેદવારો ઉત્તિર્ણ થયેલ હતા. જે બતાવે છે કે, ટેટની પરીક્ષા કેટલી બધી અધરી છે. આ ઉપરાંત, તેઓની મુખ્ય રજૂઆત હતી કે, સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં ૫૦૦૦ કરતા પણ વધારે સંખ્યામાં પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ ક્ષેત્રે શિક્ષકોની જગ્યા ખાલી પડેલ છે તેમ છતાં, રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સક્ષમ લાયકાત ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો હોવા છતાં છેલ્લા ચાર વરસ ઉપરાંતથી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી કરવામાં આવતી નથી. આ સંજોગોમાં અરજદારોએ તા.૪-૨-૨૦૧૩નાં રોજ સક્ષમ અધિકારી સમક્ષ રજૂઆત કરેલ છે અને જેના અનુસંધાનમાં રાજ્ય સરકારે કશો જ પ્રત્યુતર આપેલ નથી. તેના બદલે સમગ્ર પ્રશ્નો ફરીથી રાજ્ય સરકાર વિચારણામાં લે અને યોગ્ય નિર્ણય કરીને અરજદારોના ભરતી અંગેની કાર્યવાહીને આગળ ધપાવે તેવી અરજદારોની માંગણી છે. બંને પક્ષકારોની દલીલો સાંભળીને નામદાર હાઈકોર્ટ જજ કે.એમ.ઠાકરે અરજદારોએ કરેલ રજૂઆત સાંભળીને પ્રિન્સિપાલ સેક્રેટરી, શિક્ષણ વિભાગ તેમ જ ડાયરેક્ટર ઓફ પ્રાઈમરી એજ્યુકેશન, રાજ્ય સરકાર, ગાંધીનગરનાંઓને ત્રણ મહિનામાં નિર્ણય કરવા માટેનો હુકમ કરેલ છે. જેના અનુસંધાનમાં અરજદારોએ સક્ષમ અધિકારીઓ સમક્ષ નામદાર હાઈકોર્ટના હૂકમ મુજબ ફરીથી રજૂઆતની કાર્યવાહી કરેલ છે. અરજદારો તરફે વિ.વ.પી.જે.યાજ્ઞિાક હાજર રહ્યા હતા.
