મિત્રો - નજીકના સમયમાં ધોરણ 10 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવાના થશે. ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ફોટા તથા સહી 20 કે.બી થી ઓછી સાઈઝની અપલોડ કરવાની થાય છે. ફોર્મ ભરવામાં સરળતા રહે તે માટે ફોટા તથા સહી ૨૦ કે.બી થી ઓછી સાઈઝની બનાવવાની રીત માટે મારા મિત્ર શ્રી બાબુભાઈ પટેલ - શિક્ષક - વિવેકાનંદ વિદ્યાલય - જડીયા - બનાસકાંઠા એ સુંદર વિડીયો તૈયાર કરેલ છે. વિડીયો નિહાળશો તો આપનું કામ સરળ બનશે.

રાજયમાં તમામ શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકોની ભરતી માટે ટાટની પરીક્ષા ફરજિયાત હોવા અંગે સરકારે કરેલા પરિપત્રમાં લઘુમતી કોમની શાળાઓ તેમજ લઘુમતી ભાષાઓની શાળાઓને પણ આવરી લેવામાં આવી હતી. જે સામે થયેલી રિટમાં હાઇકોર્ટે આજે સરકારના પરિપત્રને અયોગ્ય લેખાવી તે રદ જાહેર કર્યો હતો. રાજય સરકારે એક પરીપત્ર કરી તમામ લઘુમતી કોમ અને લઘુમતી ભાષાની શાળાઓમાં પણ શિક્ષકોની ભરતી માટે ટાટ (ટીચર એપ્ટીટયુડ ટેસ્ટ)ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવી ફરજીયાત બનાવવામાં આવી હતી. જે બાબતને ગુજરાત માયનોરીટી સ્કુલ એસોસીએશને હાઇકોર્ટ સમક્ષ પડકાર્યો હતો. કેસમાં એવી રજૂઆત કરવામાં આવી હતીકે, લઘુમતી શાળાઓનું માળખું અલગ બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે. તે જ રીતે રાજયમાં લઘુમતી ભાષાને લગતી શાળાઓનું પણ માળખુ અલગ બનાવવામાં આવ્યું છે. તેમાં શિક્ષકોની ભરતી માટે ટાટને લાગુ કરી શકાય નહી. તમામ દલીલો ધ્યાને લઇ ચીફ જસ્ટિસ ભાસ્કર ભટ્ટાચાર્ય અને જસ્ટિસ જે.બી. પારડીવાલાની ખંડપીઠે લઘુમતી શાળાઓમાં ટાટને ફરજીયાત કરતા રાજય સરકારના પરીપત્રને ગેરકાયદેસર જાહેર કર્યો હતો. તેમજ ખંડપીઠે નોંધ્યું હતુંકે શિક્ષકોની ભરતી બાબતે સ્પષ્ટ જોગવાઇઓ છે ત્યારે ટાટને લાગુ કરવું યોગ્ય નથી.

પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં આચાર્ય બનવાની પ્રાથમિક લાયકાત માટેની એચ-ટાટ અને શિક્ષકની લાયકાત માટેની ટેટ-૨ તાજેતરમા લેવામાં આવી છે.શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા આ પરીક્ષા લેવાઈ જતા હવે શાળામાં આચાર્ય પહેલા જ શિક્ષકની ભરતીની હીલચાલ ચાલી રહી છે.
આ અંગે શિક્ષણ વિભાગના સુમાહિતગાર સૂત્રો પાસેથી સાંપડતી માહિતી અનુસાર, રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ વિભાગે પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં આચાર્યની ભરતી અન્વયે એચ-ટાટની પરીક્ષા ગત તા.૧૮મી ઓગષ્ટના લેવામાં આવી હતી.અને ઉચ્ચત્તર પ્રાથમિકમાં શિક્ષકની ભરતી અન્વયે ગત તા.૧લી સપ્ટેમ્બરના ટેટ-૨ની પરીક્ષા લેવામાં આવી હતી.રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ શિક્ષણ વિભાગે આચાર્ય માટેની એચ-ટાટ અને પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટેની ટેટ-૨ની પરીક્ષા યોજ્યા બાદ હવે જિલ્લાવાઈઝ શિક્ષકની ફાળવણી કરીને સ્થળ પસંદગી કેમ્પ યોજીને લાયક ઉમેદવારને શિક્ષકની નિમણૂંકની દિશામાં આગળ ધપી રહી છે.
અલબત્ત પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા હવે ક્યા જિલ્લામા કેટલાક શિક્ષકો અને કેટલા આચાર્યોની જગ્યા ખાલી છે..?તેની માહિતી પણ મેળવામાં આવશે.જોકે શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક શાળાના આચાર્યની ભરતી પહેલા જ ઉચ્ચત્તર પ્રાથમિકમાં શિક્ષકની ભરતી કરવા સામે શિક્ષણના હિતચિંતકોએ કેટલાક સવાલો ઉઠાવ્યા છે.
