દિલ્હી ગેંગરેપ: 'દામિની'ના 4 આરોપીઓને સજા-એ-મોત           દિલ્હી ગેંગરેપ કેસના ચારે દોષીતોને ફાંસીની સજા સંભળાવવામાં આવી છે.દિલ્હીની ફાસ્ટટ્રેક કોર્ટ ચારે દોષીતોને સજા ફટકારી છે. જ્જ યોગેશ ખન્નાએ ચારેય આરોપીઓને સજા આપી છે. કેસના છ આરોપીઓમાં એક રામસિંહે આત્મહત્યા કરી લીધી હતી જ્યારે સગીર આરોપીને ત્રણ વર્ષ માટે સ્પેશ્યલ હોમમાં મોકલી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે.ત્યારે બાકીના ચાર આરોપીઓને આજે સજા સંભળાવામાં આવી. પીડીતાનો પરિવાર ચારે દોષીતોને ફાંસીની સજા આપવાની માગ કરી રહ્યો હતો.તેમનું કહેવું છે, હતું કે જે દોષીતોએ જે પ્રકારનો ગુનો કર્યો છે તેની સજા  આજીવન કેદ ન હોઈ શકે. 
માનવતાની તમામ હદો નેવે મુકી દિલ્હીમાં ચાલુ બસમાં એક નિર્દોષ યુવતી પર પાશવી સામૂહિક બળાત્કાર કરનારા તમામ ચાર નરાધમોને દોષિતોને ફાંસીની સજા આપવામાં આવી છે. આખા દેશમાંથી ચારેય દુષ્ટોને ફાંસીની સજા કરવાની માગ ઉઠી  હતી. કોર્ટે ચારેય પર વિવિધ કલમો હેઠળ  દોષિતોને ફાંસીની સજા આપી છે.  

દિલ્હીમાં ગયા વર્ષે 16 ડિસેમ્બર 2012ની અડધી રાત્રે ચાલુ બસે એક નિર્દોષ યુવતી પર થયેલા સામૂહિક બળાત્કારની. નવ મહિનાના લાંબા સમયગાળા બાદ આખરે દેશની ધીરજનો અંત આવ્યો છે, અને દીલ્હી કોર્ટે તમામ ચારેય આરોપીઓને ફાંસીની સજા સંભળાવવામાં આવી છે. સાકેત કોર્ટના વિશેષ જજ યોગેશ ખન્નાએ ચારેય આરોપીઓ પર કલમ 302,376,377,394,395,396,365,412 અને 201 સહિત કુલ 11 કલમ લગાડી છે. આરોપીઓ પર જે કલમ લગાડાઈ છે તેની વાત કરીયે તો, કલમ 302 એટલે કે આરોપીઓ પર યુવતીની હત્યાનો આરોપ લગાડાયો છે. કલમ 307 મતલબ કે યુવતીના મિત્રની હત્યાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવાનો આરોપ... કલમ 365 એટલે કે યુવતીનું અપહરણ કરવાનો આરોપ...કલમ 375 મતલબ કે યુવતી પર ગેંગરેપ કરવાનો આરોપ. કલમ 201 મતલબ કે પુરાવા નષ્ટ કરવાનો આરોપ. ઉપરાંત કલમ  377 એટલે કે અપ્રાકૃતિક સેક્સનો આરોપ પણ ચારેય પર લગાડાયો છે.જે અંતર્ગત તેમને ફાંસીની સજા આપવામાં આવી છે.... 

આરોપીઓને સખતમાં સખત સજા થાય તે માટે કોર્ટમાં પુરાવા તરીકે યુવતીના મર્યા પહેલાનું નિવેદન, ઘટના બની તે બસની વિગતો, આરોપીઓની બસના સીસીટીવી ફૂટેજ, ગેંગરેપના આરોપીઓના લોહીવાળા કપડા, ડીએનએ સેંપલ, ફોરેન્સિક અને મેડિકલ રિપોર્ટ પણ રજૂ કરાયો હતો.

Deo Exam માં પ્રશ્ન હતો. 

રાષ્ટ્રીય વિજ્ઞાન દિવસ કઈ તારીખે ઉજવાય છે ?

GPSC   સોલ્યુસનમાં  22 માર્ચ આપેલ છે. 
પરંતુ સાચો જવાબ 28 ફેબ્રુઆરી આવે. 

In 1986, the National Council for Science and Technology Communication (NCSTC) asked the Government of India to designate February 28 as National Science Day. The event is now celebrated all over the country in schools, colleges, universities and other academic, scientific, technical, medical and research institutions.

બીજો એક પ્રશ્ન હતો . 
GCERT નું આખુ નામ જણાવો. 
બધાજ વિકલ્પમાં Educational  ની જગ્યાએ Education  આપેલ હતુ.  Educational  અને Education  માં ઘણોજ ફેર છે.
જવાબ - Gujarat Council of Educational Research and Training  હોવો જોઈએ.

તાજેતરમાં રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાયેલ HTAT તથા TAT પરીક્ષાની પ્રોવિઝનલ આન્સર  કી પહેલાં મૂકવામાં આવી હતી.પ્રશ્નોના ઉત્તર અંતર્ગત ઉમેદવારો પાસેથી વાંધા માંગવામાં આવે છે. ઉમેદવારોની રજૂઆત સાંભળવી તે પારદર્શક વહીવટ માટે સારી વાત છે.
 પરંતુ 
પ્રશ્ન એ થાય છે કે શું પેપર સેટર પ્રશ્નનું ચોક્કસ સોલ્યુસન કરી શક્તા નથી ? શું પેપરસેટર પણ પ્રશ્નના ચોક્કસ ઉત્તર શોધી શક્તા નથી ? તજજ્ઞ દ્વારા પેપર સેટ કરાવવામાં આવે છે છતાં પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં ભૂલો કેમ થાય છે ? આજે જ્યારે મેરીટમાં  સામાન્ય પોઈન્ટના તફાવતને કારણે ઉમેદવારની હથેળીમાં આવેલી નોકરી ઝૂંટવાઈ જતી હોય છે અને આજીવન રડવાનો વારો આવે છે ત્યારે પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં થતી આવી ભૂલો કોઈ સંજોગોમાં ચલાવી લેવાય નહિ.
    
આવી બાબત શાળાકીય પરીક્ષા દરમ્યાન  જો સામાન્ય શિક્ષક દ્વારા થાય તો તેના પર ગંભીર આક્ષેપો મૂકી કડકમાં કડક કાર્યવાહી થાય છે.  રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવતી પરીક્ષામાં પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં કે આન્સર કી માં થતી ભૂલો માટે જે તે  અધિકારી કે પેપરસેટર ઉપર પણ કડકમાં કડક કાર્યવાહી કરવી જોઈએ કે જેથી ભવિષ્યમાં પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં અને તેની આન્સર કી માં થતી ભૂલો નિવારી શકાય. અને પ્રોવિઝનલ આન્સર કી ની જગ્યાએ સીધી  ફાઈનલ આન્સર  કી જાહેર કરી શકાય.
