(1)ચોથો તબક્કામાં અંગ્રેજી, ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી અને સંસ્ક્રુત વિષય માટે ગુજરાતી માધ્યમના ઉમેદવારોને જિલ્લા પસંદગી માટે તા.૨૧/૮/૨૦૧૩ ના રોજ બોલાવેલ છે.
(2)અંગ્રેજી, ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી અને સંસ્ક્રુતના જિલ્લા પસંદગીની કાર્યવાહી માટે તા-૧૭-૮-૨૦૧૩ ના ૧૨-૦૦ કલાકથી ઉમેદવારોએ ઓન લાઈન વેબસાઈટ ઉપરથી જ કોલ-લેટર મેળવી લેવાના રહેશે. અન્ય કોઈ પ્રકારે કોલ-લેટર મોકલવામાં આવશે નહિ.
(3)અસ્થી વિષયક શારીરીક અશકતતા ધરાવતા સંસ્ક્રૃત વિષયમાં ૬૫.૨૭ સુધી મેરીટ ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારો કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે.
(4) ચોથા તબક્કામાં અંગ્રેજી, ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી અને સંસ્ક્રૃતના વિષયમાંનીચેના મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો કોલ-લેટર મેળવી શકશે.

બ્રાઝિલિયન મિકેનિકનો બોટલ બલ્બ કરશે ઘરને મફતમાં રોશન


બ્રાઝિલના એક સામાન્ય મિકેનિકની શોધ હવે દુનિયામાં ગરીબોના લાખો ઘરોને અજવાળાથી ભરી દેશે. આ મિકેનિકનું નામ છે એલફ્રેડો મોજર. મોજર દક્ષિણ બ્રાઝિલના ઉબેરાબા વિસ્તારમાં રહે છે. મોજરે આમ તો વર્ષ 2002માં આ શોધ કરી હતી. તે આવતા વર્ષે 10 લાખ ઘરોને રોશન કરશે. મોજરે બોટલ બલ્બ બનાવ્યો છે. તે સૂર્ય પ્રકાશથી ચાલે છે અને તે મફતમાં તૈયાર થઇ જાય છે. મોજરનો આ આવિષ્કાર હવે ભારતમાં પણ પહોંચી ગયો છે. આવા સમયે પ્રશ્ન એ થાય કે મફતમાં ઘર કેવી રીતે રોશન થઇ શકે. આવા અનેક પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ અહીં આપને મળશે...

શું સામગ્રી જોઇએ? આ બોટલ બલ્બ તૈયાર કરવા માટે કોઇ ખાસ સામગ્રીની જરૂર નથી. આ માટે ઠંડા પીણા કે સોડાની પારદર્શક પ્લાસ્ટિકવાળી ખાલી બોટલ, પાણી અને થોડા બ્લીચની જરૂર છે. બસ આ બધું ભેગું કરો એટલે તૈયાર છે આપનો બોટલ બલ્બ. કેવી રીતે રોશની આપે છે? આ બલ્બને કાર્યરત કરવા માટે તેમાં ઢાંકણું ખોલીને પાણી ભરવામાં આવે છે. આ પાણીમાં બે ઢાંકણા બ્લીચ નાખવામાં આવે છે. આ બ્લીચ એટલા માટે નાખવામાં આવે છે કે જેથી પાણી ડહોળું ના થાય. ત્યાર બાદ ઢાંકણું બંધ કરી તેને ઘરના પતરા કે નળિયામાં કાણું પાડીને એક તૃતિયાંશ ભાગ પતરાની ઉપર અને બે તૃતિયાંશ ભાગ ઘરમાં રહે તે રીતે ફિટ કરવામાં આવે છે. દિવસ દરમિયાન સૂર્યના પ્રકાશને તે શોષીને ઘરમાં ફેલાવે છે. કેટલો પ્રકાશ મળે છે? આ શોધની જાણ થતા એક એન્જિનીયર મોજર પાસે આવ્યા હતા. તેમણે આ રીતે મળતા પ્રકાશને માપવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો હતો. તેમણે માપણી કરી જેમાં જાણવા મળ્યું કે પ્રકાશ સૂર્ય કેટલો તેજવાળો છે તેના પર નિર્ભર કરે છે. આમ છતાં 40થી 60 વૉટ સુધી પ્રકાશ મળે છે. કેવી રીતે આવ્યો વિચાર? મોજરને આ બલ્બ બનાવવાનો વિચાર ત્યારે આવ્યો જ્યારે સમગ્ર બ્રાઝિલમાં વીજળીકાપ ચાલી રહ્યો હતો. માત્ર ફેક્ટરીઓમાં જ વીજળી હતી. લોકોના ઘરમાં અંધારુ હતું. મોજર અને તેમના મિત્ર એ બાબતે ચિંતિત હતા કે ઇમર્જન્સીના સમયમાં શું કરવું. તે સમયે તેમના બોસે તેમને પ્લાસ્ટિકની બોટલને પાણીથી ભરીને તેને લેન્સની જેમ ઉપયોગમાં લેવાની સલાહ આપી હતી. તેના પરથી આઇડિયા લઇને બલ્બ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો. આસપાસના વિસ્તારમાં કર્યો પ્રયોગ તેમણે પોતાના આવિષ્કારને આડોશ પાડોશના ઘરમાં લગાવ્યો. ત્યારે બાદ એક સુપર માર્કેટમાં લગાવ્યો. આમ કરવાથી તેમને થોડા પૈસા મળ્યા. પણ તેમને સૌથી મોંઘી વસ્તુ એ મળી કે લોકોની વચ્ચે તેમને ગર્વ અને આદર મળ્યો. પર્યાવરણ માટે સુરક્ષિત આ બલ્બ પર્યાવરણ માટે અતિ સુરક્ષિત છે. આ બલ્બની કાર્બન ફુટપ્રિન્ટ માત્ર 0.45 કિલોગ્રામ કાર્બન ડાયોક્સાઇડ છે. જ્યારે 50 વૉટનો બલ્બ રોજ 14 કલાક બળે છે તો એક વર્ષમાં તે 200 કિલોગ્રામ કાર્બન ડાયોક્સાઇડ કાર્બન ફુટ પ્રિન્ટ છોડે છે. મોજરના બોટલ બલ્બમાંથી કાર્બન ડાયોક્સાઇડ છુટતો નથી. અત્યાર સુધીમાં કેટલા ઘર રોશન થયા? મોજરના આવિશ્કારની મદદથી અત્યાર સુધીમાં ફિલિપાઇન્સના 1 લાખ 40 હજાર ઘર રોશન થયા છે. બ્રાઝિલ અને ફિલિપાઇન્સ ઉપરાંત વિશ્વના 15 દેશોમાં આ બોટલ બલ્બ અપનાવવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. તેમાં ભારતનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે. અન્ય દેશોમાં બાંગ્લાદેશ, તાંન્ઝાનિયા, આર્જેન્ટિના અને ફિજીનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે. 10 લાખ ઘરો કરશે રોશન આવનારા એક વર્ષમાં વિવિધ ઘરોમાં આ આવિષ્કારી બોટલ બલ્બ લગાવવામાં આવશે. આ સંખ્યા અંદાજે 10 લાખ પર પહોંચશે.

It is noted to candidates that the Common Written Examination (CWE) is a pre requisite for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in the Participating Organizations will be conducted online by IBPS. What are the Eligibility Criteria to Apply for IBPS CWE Clerk-lll 2013 Exam?

Educational Qualification:
1) Candidate must possess the degree of Graduation in any discipline from any recognized university OR equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 2) It is mandatory having knowledge of operating & working of computer.

Age Limit: 20 to 28 years

Age Relaxation: As per official notification
