हिन्दू मठ के श्रद्धेय साधु स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती का निधन:
  • हिन्दू मठ के श्रद्धेय साधु स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती का 22 सितंबर 2015 को ऋषिकेश स्थित उनके आश्रम में निधन हो गया. वे 85 वर्ष के थे. वे अद्वैत वेदांत के प्रसिद्ध शिक्षक थे तथा उन्होंने अर्श विद्या गुरूकुलम की स्थापना भी की थी.
केनरा बैंक वेंचर कैपिटल फंड लिमिटेड ने ईडीएफ नीति को कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी के रूप में लागू किया:
  • केनरा बैंक वेंचर कैपिटल फंड लिमिटेड (सीवीसीएफएल') ने 21 सितंबर, 2015 को इलेक्ट्रानिक्स विकास कोष (ईडीएफ) नीति को कार्यान्वयन एजेंसी के रूप में लागू किया है.
केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री ने सरदार पोस्ट पर आधारित ग्राफिक पुस्तिका का विमोचन किया:
  • केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कछ रण क्षेत्र स्थित सरदार पोस्ट में हुए 1965 भारत-पाक महायुद्ध के दौरान सीआरपीएफ के जवानों की वीरता और बलिदान का चित्रण करने वाली ग्राफिक पुस्तिका का विमोचन किया।
9वां क्षेत्रीय प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस (आरपीबीडी) लॉस एंजिल्स में आयोजित किया जाएगा:
  • 9वां क्षेत्रीय प्रवासी भारतीय दिवस (आरपीबीडी) 14 नवंबर से 15 नवंबर 2015 के बीच अमेरिका, लॉस एंजिल्स, कैलिफोर्निया में आयोजित किया जाएगा. (आरपीबीडी) लॉस एंजिल्स का विषय होगा – द इंडियन डायस्पोरा: डिफाइनिंग ए न्यू पेरेडिज्म इन इंडिया-यूएस रिलेशनशिप

  • माइकल कफांडो को 23 सितंबर 2015 को राजधानी ओयूगाडॉउगॉउ में बुर्कीना फासो के राष्ट्रपति के रूप में बहाल किया गया.
गुजरात सरकार के विवादित आतंकवाद विरोधी बिल को मोदी सरकार ने दी मंजूरी:
  • गुजरात सरकार के विवादित आतंकवाद विरोधी कानून को मोदी सरकार ने हरी झंडी दे दी है. पिछली यूपीए सरकार ने तीन बार इस प्रस्तावित कानून को खारिज कर दिया था. 2001 में बतौर मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने पहली बार यह कानून पेश किया था.
सौरव गांगुली चुने गए CAB के नए अध्यक्ष, ममता बनर्जी ने की घोषणा:
  • टीम इंडिया के पूर्व कप्तान सौरव गांगुली को बंगाल क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (CAB) का नया अध्यक्ष चुन लिया गया है. पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने इसकी घोषणा की.
