નાણા મંત્રાલયે બહાર પાડેલો પરિપત્રઃ તમામ નોન ગેઝેટેડ કર્મચારીઓને નોન પ્રોડકટીવીટી લીન્કડ બોનસ
નવી દિલ્હી તા.ર૮ : કેન્દ્ર સરકારના કર્મચારીઓ માટે પ્રથમ મોંઘવારી ભથ્થુ ત્યાર પછી સાતમાં વેતનપંચની રચના હવે સરકારે કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને ૩૦ દિવસનું એડહોક બોનસ આપવાની જાહેરાત કરી છે.
કેન્દ્રના નાણા મંત્રાલય દ્વારા ગઇકાલે બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા એક પરિપત્રમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે, નાણાકીય વર્ષ-ર૦૧ર-ર૦૧૩ માટે કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને ૩૦ દિવસનું એડહોક બોનસ આપવામાં આવશે. સરકારી પરિપત્રમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે તમામ નોન ગેઝેટેડ કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓને ૩૦ દિવસનું નોન પ્રોડકટીવીટી લીન્કડ બોનસ આપવામાં આવશે. જે માટેની સીલીંગ રૂ.૩પ૦૦ની રહેશે.પરિપત્રમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે, જે કર્મચારીઓ ૩૧-૩-ર૦૧૩ના રોજ સેવામાં હતા અને જેમને વર્ષ-ર૦૧ર-૧૩ દરમિયાન ન્યુનતમ છ મહિના સુધી લગાતાર સેવા આપી હશે તેમને આ બોનસનો લાભ મળશે. પરિપત્રમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે, બોનસનું ચુકવણું કેન્દ્રીય લશ્કરી દળો અને શષા દળોના કર્મચારીઓને પણ લાગુ પડશે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકારના ડેપ્યુટી સેક્રેટરી અમરનાથ સિંઘ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા પરિપત્રમાં જણાવાયુ છે કે, કર્મચારીઓને ગણતરી કરતા રૂ.૩૪પ૪ બોનસ પેટે મળશે.
