રાજ્યમાં પ્રથમ આવનાર પમરૂની ટીમ બીજી વખત ચેમ્પિયન બની ભાસ્કર ન્યૂઝ.ડીસા બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લાના ડીસા તાલુકાના પમરૂ ગામની પ્રાથમિક શાળાની બાળાઓની ટીમે વોલીબોલની રમતમાં રાજ્યકક્ષાએ બીજી વખત ચેમ્પિયન શીપ મેળવી રમત-ગમત ક્ષેત્રમાં જિલ્લાનું નામ ઉજળુ કર્યું છે. ગુજરાત રાજ્ય યુવા અને સાંસ્કૃતિક પ્રવૃત્તિ અને રમત-ગમત પરિષદ ગાંધીનગર ðારા રાજકોટ જિલ્લાના પડધરી તાલુકાના તરઘડી ગામે તા. ૨૧ થી ૨૩ સપ્ટેમ્બર ૨૦૧૩ના રોજ રાજ્યકક્ષાની ૧૪ વર્ષથી નીચેની બાળાઓ માટે વોલીબોલ સ્પધૉનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં સમગ્ર રાજ્યની ૩૨ ટીમોએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમાં ડીસા તાલુકાના પમરૂ ગામની પ્રાથમિક શાળાની બાળાઓએ બનાસકાંઠા જિલ્લાનું પ્રતિનીધીત્વ કરી સ્પધૉમાં ભાગ લીધો હતો. જેમાં પમરૂ શાળાની ૧૨ વીર બાળાઓએ દરેક જિલ્લા અને મહાનગરોની ટીમ સામે ઉત્કૃષ્ઠ દેખાવ કરી ફાઇનલ સ્પધૉમાં જુનાગઢ જિલ્લાની ટીમને હરાવી ચેમ્પિયન શીપ મેળવી સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં પ્રથમ નંબર મેળવી જિલ્લાને વોલીબોલ રમત માટે એક આગવી ઓળખ ઉભી કરી છે. સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં પ્રથમ નંબરે આવનાર આ ટીમે બીજીવાર ગુજરાત રાજ્યની ચેમ્પિયન શીપ પોતાના નામે કરી છે.

7 th pay commision announced -Prime
Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today
approved the constitution of the 7th
Pay Commission, which is likely to
impact at least 85 lakh central
government employees and
pensioners. The recommendations of
the Pay Commission are likely to be
implemented with effect from January
1, 2016, considering that it takes
around two years for the commission
to submit its report and the
recommendations to take effect. The
names of the chairperson and
members, as well as the terms of
reference, of the Pay Commission will
be finalised and announced shortly.
The recommendations of the previous
pay commission had come into effect
on January 1, 2006. There are at
present around 50 lakh central
government employees and 35 lakh
pensioners, who stand to benefit from
the recommendations from the Pay

કેન્દ્ર સરકારના કર્મચારીઓને માટે એક મોટી ખુશખબર છે. બુધવારે કેન્દ્ર સરકારે કર્મચારીઓને માટે સાતમા પગારપંચની જાહેરાત કરી છે. આ પગાર પંચની રચના થવાથી અને તેમની ભલામણોના લાગૂ થયા પછી કેન્દ્રીય કર્મચારીઓનું વેતન પહેલાના પ્રમાણે વધુ સારું થશે.
કેન્દ્ર સરકારની આ જાહેરાત આગામી લોકસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં લાભ લેવાના કારણોસર કરવામાં આવી હોવાનું મનાય છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે છઠ્ઠા પગારપંચની ભલામણો 1 જાન્યુઆરી 2006થી લાગુ થઈ હતી.

કેન્દ્ર સરકારે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે સાતમા પગાર પંચના ગઠનને મંજૂરી આપી દીધી છે. પગાર પંચની  ભલામણોને પહેલી જાન્યુઆરી 2016થી લાગૂ કરવામાં આવે તેવી શક્યતા છે. કેન્દ્ર સરકારના આ નિર્ણયને સરકારી કર્મચારીઓના મત મેળવવાની કવાયત તરીકે જોવામાં આવે છે.
નાણાપ્રધાન પી. ચિદમ્બરમ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલા નિવેદનમાં જણાવાયું છે કે, વડાપ્રધાને તેના ગઠનને મંજૂરી આપી દીધી છે. પગાર પંચને ભલામણો કરવા માટે સરરાશ બે વર્ષ જેટલો સમય થતો હોય છે.
નિવેદનમાં કહેવાયું  છેકે, તમામ પક્ષો સાથે ચર્ચા કરીને પગાર પંચના અધ્યક્ષ અને તેના સભ્યોના નામોની જાહેરાત કરાશે. . છઠ્ઠા પગાર પંચની ભલામણો પહેલી જાન્યુઆરી 2006થી લાગૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી. કોગ્રેસના મીડિયા સેલના વડા અજય માકને  આ જાહેરાતનું સ્વાગત કર્યું હતું. તેમણે યાદ અપાવ્યું હતું કે, વર્ષ 2003માં ભાજપે છઠ્ઠા પગાર પંચની રચનાને મંજૂરી આપવા માટે ગલ્લાતલ્લા કર્યા હતા.

ચૂંટણી નજીક આવતાંની સાથે જ સરકારે લોકોને આકર્ષવા માટે સાતમા પગારપંચ નીમવાની જાહેરાત આજે કરી છે. જેમાં પગાર, પેન્શન અને વિવિધ ભથ્થાઓનો સમાવેશ થશે. આ જાહેરાતને કારણે 80 લાખ કર્મચારીઓ અને પેન્શનરોને લાભ મળશે. આ પગારપંચની ભલામણોનો લાભ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2016થી નોકરીયાત વર્ગને મળશે. 
આ પગારપંચની ભલામણનો લાભ કેન્દ્ર સરકારના 50 લાખ કર્મચારીઓ જેમ કે સંરક્ષણ મંત્રાલય, રેલ્વે તેમજ 30 લાખ પેન્શનરોને મળશે. આ જાહેરાત આગામી પાંચ રાજ્યોની ચૂંટણી અને આવનારા વર્ષમા આવતી લોકસભા ચૂંટણી પહેલા કરવામા આવી છે. 
સરકાર દર દસ વર્ષે પગારપંચની નિમણૂંક પોતાના કર્મચારીઓ માટે કરે છે અને ઘણી વાર રાજ્યો કેન્દ્ર સરકારના પગારપંચને સ્વીકારે છે. સાતમું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2016ને દિવસે અમલમા આવશે. છઠ્ઠું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2006ના દિવસે અમલમાં આવ્યું હતું અને પાંચમું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 1996 અને ચોથું 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 1986ના દિવસે અમલમાં આવ્યું હતું. 
આ પગારપંચના પ્રમુખ અને તેના સભ્યોના નામ ટુંક સમયમાં જાહેર થશે.

Ahead of elections, the government on Wednesday announced constitution of the Seventh Pay Commission, which will go into the salaries, allowances and pensions of about 80 lakh of its employees and pensioners.
"Prime Minister Manmohan Singh approved the constitution of the 7th Pay Commission. Its recommendations are likely to be implemented with effect from January 1, 2016", finance minister P Chidambaram said in a statement.
The setting up of the Commission, whose recommendations will benefit about 50 lakh central government employees, including those in defence and railways, and about 30 lakh pensioners, comes ahead of the assembly elections in 5 states in November and the general elections next year.
The government constitutes Pay Commission almost every ten years to revise the pay scales of its employees and often these are adopted by states after some modification.
As the Commission takes about two years to prepare its recommendations, the award of the seventh pay panel is likely to be implemented from January 1, 2016, Chidambaram said.
The Sixth Pay Commission was implemented from January 1, 2006, fifth from January 1, 1996 and fourth from January 1, 1986.
The names of the chairperson and members of the 7th Pay Commission and its terms of reference will be finalized shortly after consultation with major stakeholders, Chidambaram said.

प्रधानमंत्री ने दी 7वें वेतन आयोग को हरी झंडी

केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के लिए एक
बड़ी खुशखबरी है. प्रधानमंत्री ने सातवें
वेतन आयोग के गठन की मंजूदी दे दी है.
इससे 80 लाख केंद्रीय
कर्मचारियों को लाभ होगा.
वेतन आयोग के गठित होने और
उसकी सिफारिशों के लागू होने के बाद
केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों का वेतन पहले के
मुकाबले और बेहतर हो जाएगा.
केंद्र सरकार की यह
घोषणा आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में लाभ
लेने की कवायद मानी जा रही है.
गौरतलब है कि छठे वेतन आयोग
की सिफारिशें 1 जनवरी 2006 से लागू
हुईं थीं.

ચૂંટણી નજીક આવતાંની સાથે જ સરકારે લોકોને આકર્ષવા માટે સાતમા પગારપંચ નીમવાની જાહેરાત આજે કરી છે. જેમાં પગાર, પેન્શન અને વિવિધ ભથ્થાઓનો સમાવેશ થશે. આ જાહેરાતને કારણે 80 લાખ કર્મચારીઓ અને પેન્શનરોને લાભ મળશે. આ પગારપંચની ભલામણોનો લાભ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2016થી નોકરીયાત વર્ગને મળશે. 

આ પગારપંચની ભલામણનો લાભ કેન્દ્ર સરકારના 50 લાખ કર્મચારીઓ જેમ કે સંરક્ષણ મંત્રાલય, રેલ્વે તેમજ 30 લાખ પેન્શનરોને મળશે. આ જાહેરાત આગામી પાંચ રાજ્યોની ચૂંટણી અને આવનારા વર્ષમા આવતી લોકસભા ચૂંટણી પહેલા કરવામા આવી છે. 

સરકાર દર દસ વર્ષે પગારપંચની નિમણૂંક પોતાના કર્મચારીઓ માટે કરે છે અને ઘણી વાર રાજ્યો કેન્દ્ર સરકારના પગારપંચને સ્વીકારે છે. સાતમું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2016ને દિવસે અમલમા આવશે. છઠ્ઠું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2006ના દિવસે અમલમાં આવ્યું હતું અને પાંચમું પગારપંચ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 1996 અને ચોથું 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 1986ના દિવસે અમલમાં આવ્યું હતું. 

આ પગારપંચના પ્રમુખ અને તેના સભ્યોના નામ ટુંક સમયમાં જાહેર થશે.
