| ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટથી નવા જિલ્લા-તાલુકા કાર્યરત Posted: 24 Jun 2013 11:06 PM PDT ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટથી નવા જિલ્લા-તાલુકા કાર્યરત ગાંધીનગર, તા.૨૪ ચૂંટણી પુર્વે ૭ નવા જિલ્લા અને ૨૨ તાલુકાઓની રચના કરીને ૨૬મી જાન્યુઆરી- ૨૦૧૩થી તેના અમલ માટે મુખ્યમંત્રી નરેન્દ્રમોદીએ જાહેરાતોકરી હતી. કલેક્ટરો મોકલાવેલા રિપોર્ટના આધારે સોમવારે મંત્રીઓની સબકમિટિએ ૮ કલાક સુધી સુનવણી કમ પરામર્શ બેઠક યોજીને આખરી અહેવાલ તૈયાર કર્યો છે. *.વિભાજનના વિરોધની સ્થિતિ સામાજિક વૈમનસ્ય સર્જી શકે તેવી ગંભીર હોવાથી મંત્રીઓની સબકમિટિએ જે વિભાજન ઈચ્છતાનથીત્યાં મારી મચેડીને નિર્ણય નહી કરવાનો સિધ્ધાંત સ્વિકારાયો છે. જેથી ૮ તાલુકાઓને પડતા મૂકાશે. *.ભાગલા પાડો ને રાજ કરોના સ્થાનિક રાજકારણમાં સમાજ,જ્ઞાતિવાદની પક્કડ ઢિલીકરવા માટે આ પ્રકારે વિભાજન કરાઈ રહ્યુ છે. તે અમલમાં આવે તો રાજકિય રીતે નાના કદના આગેવાનો માટે નવા પદો વધશે. અલગથી બજેટને કારણે વિકાસલક્ષી કાર્યક્રમો ઝડપથી પુર્ણ થશે. જે મંગળવારે મુખ્યમંત્રી સમક્ષ રજૂ કર્યા બાદ બુધવારે કેબિનેટમાં મુકાશે. ત્યારબાદ ૧૫મી ઓગસ્ટ સુધીમાં સુચિત ૭ જિલ્લા,૨૨ તાલુકાઓનો અલગથી વહિવટ શરૂ થશે. મહેસૂલ વિભાગે ગત ફેબ્રુઆરી મહિનામાં ૭ નવા જિલ્લાઅને ૨૨ નવા તાલુકાઓના વિભાજનની ફોર્મ્યુલા જાહેર કરી હતી. કલેક્ટરો દ્વારા રાજ્યના મુખ્ય સચિવ વરેશ સિન્હાની કમિટીને મોકલાયેલા રિપોર્ટને નાણામંત્રી નીતિન પટેલના અધ્યક્ષપદે રચાયેલી મહેસૂલ મંત્રી આનંદીબહેન પટેલ,પંચાયત મંત્રી ભુપેન્દ્ર સિહ ચૂડાસમા અને આયોજન મંત્રી સૌરભ પટેલની સબકમિટીને આ અંગેનો રિપોર્ટ સોંપવામાં આવ્યા હતો. તેના આધારે સોમવારે ર્સ્વિણમ સંકુલ- ૧માં લગભગ ૮ કલાક સુધી સૂનવણી યોજીનેજનપ્રતિનિધિઓ,અધિકારીઓ સાથે પરામર્શ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં ૭ જિલ્લાઓની રચના સંદર્ભે માર્ગ મોકળો બન્યો છે. જ્યારે ૨૨માંથી મહેસાણા, ખેડા, જૂનાગઢ, જામનગર,વડોદરા જિલ્લાઓના સુચિત તાલુકાઓ સંદર્ભે લોકોનો વિરોધ યથાવત રહ્યો છે. ૭ નવા સૂચિત જિલ્લા,૨૨ તાલુકા સાબરકાંઠામાંથી અરાવલી જિલ્લો રચીને તેમાંખેડબ્રહ્મા,ભિલોડા, વડાલી, વિજયનગર અને સુચિત પોશીનાને તાલુકો બનાવવો જૂનાગઢમાંથી ગીરસોમનાથ રચીને તેમાં વેરાવળ,કોડીનાર,સુત્રાપાડા, તલાલા, ઉના, સુચિત ગીર ગઢડાને તાલુકો બનાવવો અમદાવાદ, ભાવનગર બે જિલ્લામાંથી બોટાદ જિલ્લો બનાવી તેમાં બોટાદ, બરવાળા, રાણપુર તાલુકાને સમાવવાની દરખાસ્ત વડોદરામાંથી છોટાઉદેપુર માટે છોટાઉદેપુર,જેતપુર-પાવી, કવાંટ, નસવાડી, સંખડા, સુચિત બોડેલીને તાલુકાને સમાવાશે ખેડા, પંચમહાલમાંથી મહિસાગર જિલ્લો બનાવવા લુણાવાડા, કડાણા, ખાનપુર, વિરપુર, સંતરામપુર,બાલાસિનોરને સમાવવા રાજકોટ, જામનગર,સુરેન્દ્રનગર ત્રણ જિલ્લામાંથી મોરબીને જિલ્લો બનાવવા મોરબી, વાંકાનેર, ટંકારા, હળવદને સમાવવા જામનગરમાંથી દેવભૂમિ દ્વારિકાને નવો જિલ્લો બનાવવામાં ખંભાળિયા,ઓખામંડળ, ભાણવડ, કલ્યાણપુર તાલુકાને સમાવવા આ ઉપરાંત જૂનાગઢ જિલ્લામાં જૂનાગઢ તાલુકો,વલસાડમાંવાપી, મહેસાણામાં ગોઝારિયા, જોટાણા, ભરૂચમાં નેત્રંગ, નવસારીમાં ખેંરગાંવ,સુરેન્દ્રનગરમાંથનાગઢ અને રાજકોટમાં વિંછિંયાને નવા તાલુકા ધોષિત થયા હતા.  |

| State Bank of India plans to hire 10,000 officers and employees Posted: 25 Jun 2013 02:02 AM PDT MUMBAI, JUNE 23: State Bank of India plans to hire 10,000 officers and employees in the current fiscal to spruce up its operations. "We will be hiring 10,000 people this year, including 1,500 probationary officers, the process for which started in April. Around 7,500 will be retiring this fiscal," SBI Chairman Pratip Chaudhuri told PTI. "We have upgraded our branches, all have become air-conditioned. We have adequately staffed our branches. In the last quarter, we recruited 20,000 assistant grade employees at front office," he said. The bank plans to open about 1,200 branches in the country and another eight branch offices overseas, including China and the UK, in the current fiscal. Public sector banks hired around 63,000 persons in the last financial year. The country's largest bank SBI alone recruited 20,000 clerical staff and 1,200 officer level employees. Besides, other public sector banks hired 22,000 officers and 20,000 clerical staff in the last fiscal. There were 84,489 vacancies at various levels in the state-owned banks at the end of 2010-11. Most of the state-owned banks have undertaken recruitment drives in recent years. The public sector banks had a sanctioned strength of about 8 lakh employees as on March 31, 2012. Marathi theater actor Bal Gandharva was born on 26/6/1888 Pune. It was the full name of Narayan Shripad Rajhans. Lokmanya Tilak Narain music heard and was glad the ‘ Bal Gandharva ‘ nickname of speech. Bal Gandharva revived his drama company in 1937, and soon formed an infamous association with Gohar Karnataki known as Gauhar Bai who joined the company in April 1938. The story of his rise to fame and his relationship with his mother, his wife, his co-actors and other women are all part of his celebrated life. "Balgandharva" provides an unflinching portrait of Narayans’ musical genius as he overcomes all hurdles while transforming into one of this country’s most-beloved performers.
