ઓક્ટોબર માસમાં રેગ્યુલર તથા રીપીટર વિદ્યાર્થીઓના  ધોરણ ૧૦ ના પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મ ઓનલાઈન ભરવાના છે. ઓનલાઈન પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ફોટા તથા સહી 20 કેબી કે તેનાથી ઓછી સાઈઝમાંઅપલોડ કરવાની છે. આ માટે કામમાં સરળતા રહે તે માટે નીચે મુજબના પગલાને અનુસરશો તો ફોટા તથા સહી સ્કેન કરી ૨૦ કેબી થી નીચેની સાઈઝ કરવામાં સરળતા રહેશે. 

પગલું - 1  સૌ પ્રથમ અહી નીચે એટેચ કરેલ એક્સેલ શીટ ખોલી   ફોટા તથા સહીના પેઈઝની પ્રિંટ કરો. 
પગલું - 2   ફોટાના પેઈઝ ઉપર ફોટાઓ  તથા સહીના પેઈઝ ઉપર કાળી પેનથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સહી કરાવો. 
પગલું - 3  ફોટા તથા સહીના નમુનાના પેઈઝ સ્કેન કરો. એક કાગળ ઉપર ૨૦ ફોટા ફેવીસ્ટીક કે સામાન્ય ગુંદરથી ચોટાડો.ત્યારબાદ તે કાગળ સ્કેન કરો. એટલેકે  એક કાગળ સ્કેન કરવાથી એક સાથે ૨૦ ફોટા કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં સ્કેન થશે. બીજા કાગળ ઉપર બીજા ૨૦ ફોટા ચોટાડી સ્કેન કરવા. વર્ગમાં ૬૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હશે તો  ત્રણ કાગળમાં બધાજ ફોટા આવી જશે. આનાથી ફાયદો એ થશે કે  ૬૦ વખત ફોટા સ્કેન કરવા નહિ પડે. આજ રીતે એક સાથે ૩૦ થી ૩૫ સહી સ્કેન થશે.બે જ કાગળમાં આખા વર્ગની સહી સ્કેન થઈ જશે.   

પગલું - 4  હવે સ્કેન કરેલ ફોટાવાળી ફાઈલ ઓપન કરો. તેના પર રાઈટ ક્લીક કરો અને ઓપન વીથ પેઈંટ પર ક્લીક કરો  જેથી તે સ્કેન કરેલ પેઈઝ પેઈંટમાં ખુલશે. જે ફોટો કોપી કરવો છે તે ફોટાને ડાબી બાજુના ટુલ બોક્ષમાં રહેલા બીજા નંબરના સિલેક્શન ટુલ વડે સિલેક્ટ કરો. અને સિલેક્શનની અંદર રહી રાઈટ ક્લીક વડે કોપી કરો. 

પગલું - 5   ફોટાની કોપી કર્યા બાદ સ્ટાર્ટ - પ્રોગ્રામ માં જઈ અન્ય પેઈંટની ફાઈલ ખોલો અને તેમાં એડીટ મેનુમાં જઈ પેસ્ટ કરો. અહિ ફોટાને ડ્રેગ કરી નાનો મોટો કરી શકાશે.  

પગલું - 6   હવે  ફાઈલ મેનુમાં જઈ સેવએઝ  પર ક્લીક કરો અને ફાઈલના નામમાં રોલનંબર પ્રમાણે નંબર આપી    File as Type માં   JPEG ખાસ કરો અને ઓકે કરો. JPEG કરવાથીજ ફોટાની સાઈઝ ઘટશે. JPEG કરવાનું ભૂલવું નહિ. 

પગલું - 7   હવે બીજો ફોટો ૨૦ કેબીથી નાનો બનાવવા અગાઉના જેમ પગલા - 5 અને 6 ને અનુસરો. આ રીતે કામ કરવાથી લગભગ  ૧ કલાકમાં આરામથી ૭૦ થી ૮૦ ફોટાઓ ૨૦ કેબીથી નાની સાઈઝના બનાવી શકાય છે.  સહી માટે પણ ઉપરના પગલા અનુસરો.

આજનો કોયડો -

  એક સમારંભમાં દરેક વ્યક્તિ એકબીજા સાથે હસ્તધૂનન કરે છે. જો કુલ ૧૦૫ વખત હસ્તધૂનન ( હાથ મિલાવવાની ) પ્રક્રિયા બની હોય તો સમારંભમાં હાજર વ્યક્તિઓની કુલ સંખ્યા કેટલી હશે ?  

 કોયડાનો જવાબ કોમેંટ્સ માં આપી શકો છો. 


 ઘણા પૂછે છે કે સાતમું પગાર પંચ ક્યારે અમલમાં આવે ?

મિત્રો Six Pay ૦૧/૦૧/૨૦૦૬ થી અમલમાં આવેલ છે. પણ ગુજરાત સરકારે ૦૧/૦૧/૨૦૦૯ થી રોકડમાં આપેલ હતું. તેમ સાતમું પગાર પંચ   ૦૧/૦૧/૨૦૧૬ થી અમલમાં  આવી શકે. ગુજરાત સરકાર  ૦૧/૦૧/૨૦૧૮ કે ૨૦૧૯ માં  રોકડમાં  આપવાનો અમલ કરી શકે.

જરા વિચારો - 

ગુજરાતની કેટલીયે શાળાઓમાં આચાર્ય નથી. અગાઉ મંડળ દ્વારા આચાર્યની તથા શિક્ષકોની ભરતી થતી હતી ત્યારે ખૂબજ ઝડપી આચાર્ય તથા શિક્ષકોની ભરતી થતી હતી જ્યારે આજે છેલ્લા કેટલાયે સમયથી શાળાઓમાં આચર્યો કે શિક્ષકો નથી. ભરતી બોર્ડ બનેલ છે. ટાટની આચાર્ય તેમજ શિક્ષકો માટે પરીક્ષાઓ લેવાય છે પરંતુ કયા કારણથી ભરતીમાં વિલંબ થાય છે તે સમજાતું નથી. લાખો શિક્ષિત બેકારો ભરતીની કાગડોળે રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે. 
ઉચ્ચત્તરમાં ઓનલાઈન અરજી મંગાવ્યાના પંદર દિવસ પછી પણ કમ્પ્યૂટરના આ વાઈબ્રન્ટ  ગુજરાતમાં ભરતી તો ઠીક પરંતુ મેરીટ પણ જાહેર થઈ શકેલ નથી. 

ખરેખર તો કમ્પ્યૂટરના આ જમાનામાં કમ્પૂટર દ્વારા લાખો લોકોનું મેરીટ પલવારમાં ગણાઈ જાય છે તો મેરીટ જાહેર થવામાં વિલંબ કેમ ? કેટલીયે ઉચત્તર શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષકો વિના પ્રથમ સત્ર પણ પૂર્ણ થઈ ગયેલ છે. લાખો શિક્ષિત બેકારોની માનસિક હાલત ડામાડોળ છે. ઉચ્ચત્તર ભરતી ઝડપથી શરૂ થાય તેમ શિક્ષિત અરજદારો ઈચ્છી રહ્યા છે. 


આ વિશે પણ ચિંતા અને ચિંતન કરી મગજને કસરત કરાવજો. 


1.  ટેટ અને ટાટ પરીક્ષાના પ્રશ્નપત્રો તથા  સોલ્યુસનમાં થતી ભૂલો માટે જવાબદારને શી સજા થવી જોઈએ ?  

2. જી. પી. એસ. સી  કે  અન્ય પરીક્ષાના પ્રશ્નપત્રો લીક કરતા જવાબદાર અધિકારીને શી સજા થવી જોઈએ ?


3.   શું  ટેટ કે ટાટ કે અન્ય પરીક્ષામાં પાસ થવા માટે  ધારાધોરણ અલગ અલગ વ્યાજબી છે  ?   જનરલ માટે 90 ગુણ તથા કેટેગરી માટે  82 ગુણ - પાસીંગ ધોરણ વ્યાજબી છે  ?  

4.  આવતીકાલે કોઈ  ધોરણ 10 કે 12 સાયંસની પરીક્ષામાં પાસ થવા માટે અલગ અલગ ધારા ધોરણમી માગણી કરશે તો ? 


5.   ચાલુ નોકરીવાળા  અસલ સર્ટીફેકેટ લઈ નવી ભરતીમાં સામેલ થાય છે જેનાથી શિક્ષિત બેકારો નોકરીથી વંચિત જ રહે છે તો શું નોકરી લાગેલા ને ફરી અરજી કરવાની તક આપવી જોઈએ કે કેમ ?



ગુજરાત રાજ્યની વેઈટ લિફ્ટીંગ સ્પર્ધા  આગામી  રવિવારના રોજ અમારી શાળા શ્રીમતી એમ.કે.પટેલ હાઈસ્કૂલ - ગોઝારિયા સ્થળે  યોજાવાની છે.

Gujarat State Forest Development Corporation Ltd. invites application for the posts of Ayurved Pharmacist and Asst. Lab Technician. Job Description:
1) Job Title: Ayurved Pharmacist Class-II 
Number of Vacancies: 1
Salary: Pay scale Rs. 9300-34800/- and Grade pay Rs. 4600/-
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the Degree of Graduation with special subject of Ayurvedic Pharmacy from recognized university.
Age Limit: Not above 33 years as on 21/10/2013
Age Relaxation: as per official notification

2) Job Title: Assistant Lab Technician Class-III 
Number of Vacancies: 1
Salary: Rs. 9400/- per month fix for 5 years
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess the BSC with special subject of Chemistry/Biology or MSC in Organic Chemistry/Microbiology from recognized university.
Experience: As per official notification
Age Limit: Not above 35 years as on 21/10/2013
