सरल बनाते हुए अपने ग्राहकों के लिए
मिस कॉल पर बैलेंस जानने
की सुविधा शुरू की है।
बैंक की अध्यक्ष अरुंधति भट्टाचार्य ने
आज यहां (एसबीआई क्विक) नामक इस
सुविधा की शुरुआत की। इसके तहत बैलेंस
जानने के लिए या पिछले पांच लेनदेन
की जानकारी की सुविधा मिस कॉल
और एसएमएस के जरिए दी गई है।
जबकि कार्ड लॉक करने, होम लोन, कार
लोन और एसबीआई क्विक के बारे में
जानकारी पाने के लिए एसएमएस
भेजना होगा।
एसबीआई क्विक के इस्तेमाल से पहले बैंक
खाते के साथ दिए गए अपने मोबाइल नंबर
से एक एसएमएस भेजकर उस नंबर को इस
सुविधा के लिए पंजीकृत करना होगा।
पंजीकरण के लिए आरईजी लिखकर एक
स्पेस देकर अपना एकाउंट नंबर
9223488888 पर भेजना होगा। पंजीकरण
की पुष्टि वाला एसएमएस तुरंत
उपभोक्ता के नंबर पर आ जाएगा।
बैलेंस जानने के लिए बीएएल लिखकर
9223866666 पर एसएमएस
भेजा जा सकता है या मिस कॉल
दी जा सकती है। पिछले पांच लेनदेन
की जानकारी के लिए 9223866666 पर
एमएसटीएमटी लिखकर एसएमएस
भेजा जा सकता है या मिस कॉल
दी जा सकती है।
बैंक ने बताया कि कार्ड लॉक कराने के
लिए अंग्रेजी के बड़े अक्षरों में लॉक
लिखकर स्पेस देकर कार्ड नंबर के अंतिम
चार अंक 567676 पर एसएमएस
करना होगा। वहीं होम लोन, कार लोन
और एसबीआई क्विक के लिए अंग्रेजी के
कैपिटल लेटर में क्रमश: होम, कार या हेल्प
लिखकर 9223588888 पर एसएमएस
करना होगा। इसके बाद उन्हें एसएमएस से
जानकारी दी जाएगी और संबंधित
विभाग की टीम फोन पर कॉल
भी करेगी।
