CCC પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ઝડપી કરવા માટે Posted: 14 Aug 2014 07:54 AM PDT તા. ૧૨/૦૮/૨૦૧૪ ના રોજ  CCC પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન શરૂ થયુ અને આંખના પલકારામાં રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ક્લોઝ થઈ ગયું. ઘણા બધા શિક્ષક મિત્રો ફોર્મ ભરવાનું ચૂકી ગયા.  ફોર્મ ભરવા માટે નીચેની સૂચના અનુસરો.  1.  જે સમયે ફોર્મ ભરવાના શરૂ થાય તેની ૧૦ થી ૧૫ મિનિટ પહેલાં બે થી ત્રણ જુદા જુદા બ્રાઉઝરમાં www.ccc.gtu.ac.in  વેબસાઈટ ખોલીને રાખો. વારંવાર રિફ્રેશ બટન મારી ચેક કરો કે ફોર્મ ભરવાની લિંક ખુલી છે કે કેમ ?  2. જેવી લિંક ખુલે તરતજ  પાસવર્ડ અને મોબાઈલ નંબર આપવાનો છે જેથી મોબાઈલમાં મેસેઝ આવશે. જેથી આપનું યુઝર આઈ.ડી જનરેટ થઈ જાય છે. આખુ ફોર્મ તરત ભરવું જરૂરી નથી. એકવાર યુઝર આઈ.ડી પાસવર્ડ જનરેટ થઈ જાય પછી ગમે ત્યારે ( આપેલી તારીખ સુધી ) શાંતિથી ફોર્મ ભરી શકાય છે. ભરેલ ફોર્મમાં સુધારા વધારા પણ થઈ શકે છે.  ટૂંકમાં જેવી સાઈટ ખુલે કે તરતજ મોબાઈલ નંબર અને પાસવર્ડ નાખી ફોર્મ જનરેટ કરાવી દેવું. ફોર્મ તરતજ ભરવું જરૂરી નથી.  ત્યારબાદ લોગઆઉટ થઈને કે તરત બીજા બ્રાઉઝરમાં ફરી બીજા મિત્રનું  ફોર્મ ભરવા ફરી મોબાઈલ નંબર અને પાસવર્ડ લખો ફરી મોબાઈલ પર મેસેઝ આવશે. આ રીતે ઘણાબધા ફોર્મ ઝડપી ભરી શકાય છે.  એક મિનિટમાં ૨ થી ૩ ફોર્મ આરામથી ભરી શકાય છે.

ગુજરાતમાં પ્રથમ વખત: 5.50 લાખ સરકારી કર્મીની માહિ‌તી ઓનલાઇન Posted: 13 Aug 2014 11:33 AM PDT ગુજરાતમાં પ્રથમ વખત: 5.50 લાખ સરકારી કર્મીની માહિ‌તી ઓનલાઇન સાથી' સોફ્ટવેરનું મુખ્યમંત્રીના હસ્તે લોંચિંગ પ.પ૦ લાખ સરકારી કર્મીની માહિ‌તી હવે ઓનલાઇન થશે પબ્લિક એડમિનિસ્ટ્રેશન ક્ષેત્રે દેશમાં પ્રથમ પ્રયોગ સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગે વિકસાવેલા 'સિસ્ટમ ઓફ એપ્લિકેશન ઓફ ટેક્નોલોજી ફોર હ્યુમન રિસોર્સીસ ઇમ્પ્રૂવમેન્ટ' (સાથી)નું લોંચિંગ મંગળવાર મુખ્યમંત્રીએ કર્યું હતું.  આ સોફ્ટવેર એન્ટરપ્રાઇઝ લેવલ સોલ્યુશન તરીકે ઓળખાય છે. જાહેર સાહસો, કોર્પોરેટ એકમોમાં ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા 'એસએપી'નું આ વિસ્તૃત સ્વરૂપ છે.  પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં પ મોડયૂલ્સ ડેવલપ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. હાલ રાજ્ય સરકારના વર્ગ-૧, વર્ગ-૨ કક્ષાના ૨૦ હજાર જેટલા સુપરવાઇઝરી ઓફિસરોને આવરી લેતી વિગતોનો ડેટાબેઝ સાથે શરૂ કરાયું છે. હાલ શું પદ્ધતિ ચાલે છે? કોઈ પણ સૂચનાઓની આપલે માટે પત્ર વ્યવહાર, ઇ-મેઇલ અને આઈપી મેસેન્જરનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે, પણ હવે આ સોફ્ટવેર હેઠળ આવરી લેવાયેલા કાર્યક્ષેત્રમાં તમામ સૂચના કે વહીવટી બાબતોની ઓનલાઇન આપ લે થશે, જેથી સમયશક્તિ અને માનવ કલાકનો બચાવ થશે. અધિકારી શું ફાયદો થશે? અધિકારી, કર્મચારીઓનો સર્વિ‌સ રેકર્ડ ઓનલાઇન ઉપલબ્ધ થશે. ડીએ, એચઆરએ, રજાઓ અને ભૂતકાળના સર્વિ‌સ રેકર્ડમાં થયેલી નોંધની માહિ‌તી એક જ ક્લિકથી મળી રહેશે. સરકારને શું ફાયદો થશે? સરકારની કોઈ પણ સૂચના મિનિટોમાં સક્ર્યુલેટ થશે. કર્મચારીની કામગીરી ઓનલાઇન જ હશે તેનો ડેટા ઉપરી અધિકારી ટ્રેક કરી શકશે. કચેરીના વડાથી લઈને મુખ્ય સચિવ પણ કામગીરીનું ઓનલાઇન મોનિટરિંગ કરી શકશે.
