| Posted: 05 Aug 2014 12:22 PM PDT તાજેતરમાં રજીસ્ટર્ડ થયેલી સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં (ગુજરાતી માધ્યમ) શિક્ષણ સહાયકની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયા ચાલે છે. જેમાં હજારો ઉમેદવારો નોકરીની આશાએ અરજી કરે છે. જાણીને નવાઈ એ વાતની થાય છે કે સદર ભરતીમાં નોકરીની અરજી કરવા માટે ફી સામાન્ય ઉમેદવાર માટે રૂ. ૧૦૦ તથા અનામત કેટેગરી ઉમેદવાર માટે રૂ. ૫૦ ચલણથી ભરવાની છે. સામાન્યરીતે કોઈ પરીક્ષા આપવાની હોય તો પરીક્ષાના સાહિત્ય અંતર્ગત તથા પરીક્ષાના આયોજન - પેપર છપામણી - સ્ટાફ ભથ્થા - પરીક્ષા સ્થળ આયોજન - સ્કોર્ડ આયોજન માટે ઉમેદવારો પાસે ફી લેવાય તે વ્યાજબી છે. પરંતુ આશ્ચર્ય એ થાય છે બેરોજગાર યુવાન કે જેને આજે રોજગારીની જરૂર છે તેવા ઉમેદવારો પાસે નોકરીની અરજી પેટે ફી લેવાય તે ગળે ઉતરે તેવી વાત નથી. શિક્ષકની અરજી કરતી વખતે અગાઉ શાળાઓમાં મંડળને ફી મોકલાતી હોય તેવી વાત આજસુધી હુ જાણું છું ત્યાં સુધી થઈ નથી. અને ફી પણ લીધેલ નથી. પરીક્ષા આપવા માટે ફી હોય તે વાત ૧૦૦ % સાચી છે પરંતુ નોકરી માટે ઉમેદવારો પાસે અરજી સાથે ફી લેવાય તે માની શકાય તેવી વાત નથી. હમણાંજ અનુદાનિત ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮ માં શિક્ષકોની ભરતી ઘણી શાળાઓમાં મંડળ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી. તેમાં પણ કોઈ મંડળ દ્વારા નોકરીની અરજી પેટે ફી લેવાઈ નથી. અને ન જ લેવાવી જોઈએ. સરકારની ઉપરોક્ત સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં (ગુજરાતી માધ્યમ) શિક્ષણ સહાયકની ભરતીમાં ચલણથી ફી લેવાય છે તે વ્યાજબી છે કે ગેરવ્યાજબી તે વિચારવા જેવો પ્રશ્ન છે.  |

| દિલ્હીના MLAને ઘેરબેઠા પગાર ક્યાં સુધી ?: સુપ્રીમ Posted: 05 Aug 2014 09:03 PM PDT  - 'આપ'ની અરજી પર સુપ્રીમે કેન્દ્રને પૂછેલો પ્રશ્ન નવી દિલ્હી: દિલ્હીમાં સરકાર રચવાને મુદ્દે હોબાળો ચાલુ છે. હવે આ મુદ્દે સુપ્રીમકોર્ટે હસ્તક્ષેપ કર્યો છે. અદાલતે મંગળવારે સરકારને પૂછયું છે કે દિલ્હીના વિધાનસભ્યો ક્યાં સુધી ઘેરબેઠા વેતન લેતા રહેશે? દિલ્હીમાં પાંચ મહિનાથી રાષ્ટ્રપતિશાસન શા માટે અમલી નથી બનતું ? અદાલતે કહ્યું છે કે આગામી પાંચ મહિનામાં ઉપરાજ્યપાલ દિલ્હીમાં સરકાર બનાવવાને મુદ્દે નિર્ણય લે અન્યથા વિધાનસભાનું વિસર્જન કરવામાં આવે. સુપ્રીમની બંધારણીય બેન્ચ આ મુદ્દે સુનાવણી કરી રહી હતી. આમ આદમી પાર્ટીએ દિલ્હીમાં ચૂંટણી યોજવાને મુદ્દે અરજી દાખલ કરી છે. અરજીમાં માગણી કરવામાં આવી છે કે અદાલત ઉપરાજ્પાલને વિધાનસભાનું વિસર્જન કરીને ચૂંટણી જાહેર કરવા સૂચના આપે. જોકે અદાલતે તે માટે ઇનકાર કરી દીધો હતો. અદાલતે કહ્યું હતું કે તે અદાલતનું કામ નથી પરંતુ ન્યાયમૂર્તિ એચ.એલ.દત્તુના નેતૃત્વ હેઠળની બંધારણીય બેન્ચે દિલ્હી વિધાનસભાને લાંબા સમયથી સસ્પેન્ડ રખાયાને મુદ્દે્ ચિંતા વ્યક્ત કરી હતી. પાંચ સભ્યોની બેન્ચે કહ્યું કે' એક પક્ષ કહે છે કે અમારી પાસે સંખ્યાબળ નથી. બીજો પક્ષ કહે છે કે અમે સરકાર બનાવવાની ઇચ્છા ધરાવતા નથી. તો ત્રીજા પક્ષ પાસે સંખ્યાબળ જ નથી. આવી સ્થિતિમાં જનતા શા માટે ભોગ બને? અદાલતે એડિશનલ સોલિસિટર જનરલ પી.એલ.નરસિંહાને કહ્યું કે સંબંધિત સત્તાવાળાને અદાલતની ચિંતાથી વાકેફ કરવામાં આવે. અદાલતે કહ્યું કે ,' જનતાનાં નાણાં એવા વિધાનસભ્યો પાછળ શા માટે ખર્ચાવા જોઇએ કે જે કામ જ નથી કરી રહ્યા? કેન્દ્ર સરકારે ચિંતા દાખવીને કામગીરી કરવી જોઇએ.' અદાલતે સરકારને પાંચ સપ્તાહમાં જવાબ આપવા કહ્યું છે.આગામી સુનાવણી નવ સપ્ટેમ્બરના રોજ યોજાશે. આગળ વાંચો, ડિસેમ્બરમાં ચૂંટણી યોજાઇ શકે, ૧૭ ફેબ્રુઆરીથી રાષ્ટ્રપતિશાસન અમલી છે |
