સત્યમેવ જયતે ..આખરે એક ફાજલ શિક્ષક નો વિજય થયો .... Posted: 15 Jun 2014 12:07 AM PDT મિત્રો, નમસ્કાર. હું (એમ.એસ.ભોઈ) છેલ્લા વીસ વર્ષથી નવસર્જન ઉત્તર બુનિયાદી વિદ્યાલય, નાઘુના (તા.જી.–જામનગર)માં અંગ્રેજી વિષય શિક્ષક તરીકે ફરજ બજાવતો હતો. પરંતુ તા. 05/07/2012ના રોજ મને શાળામાંથી આચાર્ય અને મેનેજમેંટની કુટિલ નીતિના કારણે ફાજલ કરવામાં આવ્યો. મને થયેલા અન્યાય સામે મેં વિવિધ કક્ષાએ રજૂઆત કરી, પણ કોઈ પરિણામ ન મળ્યું. આખરે થાકીને મેં 'માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ પંચ'માં અપીલ કરી. માનનીય ટ્રીબ્યુનલ કોર્ટે મારી રજુઆતને ધ્યાનમાં લીધી અને મને તા. 20/09/2013ના રોજ માતૃસંસ્થામાં Recall કરવાનો આદેશ કર્યો .                             પરંતુ આ કહેવાતા ગાંધીના વારસદારોએ, શાળામાં બબ્બે શિક્ષકની ખાલી જગ્યા હોવા છતાં મને રિકોલ ન કરવા માટે શક્ય એટલા બધા જ પ્રયાસો કરી લીધા. શાળામાં એક સાયન્સ વિષય શિક્ષક હતો. અંગ્રેજી કે હિન્દી વિષયનો શિક્ષક ન હોવા છતાં, શાળામાં અંગ્રેજી નહિ પણ સાયન્સ વિષયનો શિક્ષક ભરવાની માગણી DEO કચેરી સમક્ષ ચાલુ રાખી. હવે જે લોકોને ટ્રિબ્યુનલ કોર્ટ તરફથી ફટકાર મળી હોય, રિકોલ કરવા માટે સ્પષ્ટ આદેશ આપ્યો હોય, છતાં કોઈ શિક્ષકને પોતાના અધિકારથી વંચિત કરવાનું અધમ કામ બેશરમ, સંકુચિત મનોવૃતીવાળા કે આવા ઉ.બુ. (ઊંધી બુનિયાદી)વાળા જ કરી શકે. આજે જયારે આપણે શાળામાં મૂલ્ય શિક્ષણની વાતો કરતા હોઈએ ત્યારે જે આચાર્ય શાળા કે વિદ્યાર્થીનું હિત ન જોતાં ફક્ત દ્વેષભાવનાથી કામ કરતો હોય, તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને કેવા પ્રકારનું મૂલ્ય શિક્ષણ આપતો હશે ? આચાર્ય અને મેનેજમેંટ DEO કચેરી જામનગર તરફથી મળેલા આદેશને ઘોળીને પી ગયા.                               પરંતુ જામનગર જીલ્લાના નસીબ સારા છે કે કર્મચારીના હિતને સમજે એવા ઈમાનદાર અને નિષ્પક્ષ જીલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી સાહેબ આપણને મળ્યા છે. તેમના પ્રયાસો થકી મને તા. 09/06/2014થી માતૃસંસ્થામાં કામ કરવાનો ફરી મોકો મળ્યો છે. જીલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી સાહેબને એક કર્મયોગી શિક્ષકના સત સત પ્રણામ.  આ સંદેશ આપ સર્વને જાણ કરવાનો મારો એક જ હેતુ છે કે આવા બેમોહરાવાળા માણસોનો તમને સાચો પરિચય થાય. સત્યનો હમેશા વિજય થાય છે. જય હિંદ. જય જગત.   આપ સર્વની શુભેચ્છાઓ માટે ઇચ્છુક  એમ.એસ. ભોઈ (bhoims66@gmail.com) (MO.8140152122)
