ચિંતન અને ચિનગારી Posted: 13 Jun 2014 10:51 AM PDT બિન સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષકોની ભરતી જિલ્લા પસંદગી થઈ હોવા છતાં કયા કારણથી થતી નથી તે  ભાવિ શિક્ષકોમાં ચર્ચાનો પ્રશ્ન છે.   મિત્રો -  બિન સરકારી ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શાળાના શિક્ષકોની ભરતી ઝડપી થાય તેની ઉમેદવારો કાગડોળે રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે. કયા કારણથી કાચબા ગતિએ ભરતી બોર્ડ કામગીરી કરી રહ્યું છે તે સમજાતું નથી. જાહેરાત  ૬ માસથી પડી છે છતાં કમ્પ્યૂટરના આ વાઈબ્રંટ ગુજરાતમાં ભરતીમાં આટલો વિલંબ કેમ ? જવાબદાર અધિકારીઓ પાસેથી  જવાબ માંગવાની જરૂર છે. શરૂઆતથી નિયમોનું અર્થઘટન ફૂલપ્રુફ થતુ નથી જેથી ભરતી વિલંબમાં પડે છે.  એવા કયા કારણ છે કે જિલા પસંદ થયા  પછી પણ ભરતી અટકી ગઈ છે. ?  પસંદ થયેલ ઉમેદવારને ઓર્ડર ક્યારે મળશે ? જવાબદાર અધિકારીએ જવાબ આપવાની જરૂર છે. ગ્રાંટેબલ તથા નોન ગ્રાંટેબલ વર્ગોની મંજૂરી આપેલ છે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ છે  વર્ગો છે પરંતુ અધિકારીઓની અણ આવડતના કારણે શિક્ષકો નથી. શિક્ષકો વિના વર્ગખંડોમાં શિક્ષણ કેવી રીતે ચાલતું હશે તે  એસી ઓફિસમાં બેઠેલા અધિકારીઓને ક્યાંથી ખબર પડે ? આશા રાખીએ કે  બહેરા કાન પર  શિક્ષકો ઈચ્છતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ચીસોનો અવાજ સંભળાય અને હકારાત્મક પરિણામ આવે.
