પરીક્ષા વિભાગ પાસે દર મહિને ૨૫૦ માર્કશીટ-ડીગ્રી વેરીફીકેશન માટે આવે છે



કોન્સ્યુલેટે વેરીફીકેશન કરાવતા ભાંડો ફૂટયો
કેનેડા જવા માંગતા વિદ્યાર્થીએ બોગસ માર્કશીટ રજુ કરી
તાજેતરમાં કેનેડીયન કોન્સ્યુલેટે પણ એમ.એસ.યુનિવર્સિટીની મદદ લીધી હતી.એક વિદ્યાથીેએ વીઝા માટે રજુ કરેલા દસ્તાવેજો  પૈકી માર્કશીટ અને ડીગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ જોઈને વીઝા ઓફીસરને શંકા ગઈ હતી.આખરે આ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ વેરીફીકેશન માટે એમ.એસ.યુનિવર્સિટિને મોકલવામાં આવ્યા હતા.આ વેરીફેકશનમાં માર્કશીટ અને ડીગ્રી બોગસ હોવાનુ સાબીત થયુ હતુ.આખરે આ વિદ્યાર્થીની વીઝા અરજી પણ ફગાવી દેવામાં આવી હતી.
એપ્રિલ ૨૦૧૨ થી અત્યાર સુધીમાં વેરીફીકેશન દરમ્યાન ૭૨ જેટલી બોગસ માર્કશીટ અને ડીગ્રી પકડાઈ ચુકી છે.મોટાભાગના કિસ્સામાં એવુ જોવા મળ્યુ છે કે નોકરી માટે બોગસ માર્કશીટ અને ડીગ્રીનો ઉપયોગ કરનારા વધારે હોય છે.કેટલાક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વિદેશ જવા માટે પણ બોગસ માર્કશીટ અને ડીગ્રીનો ઉપયોગ કરે છે.

- પાસવર્ડ માંગી સાયબર ક્રાઇમ આચરતી ટોળકીનું નેટવર્ક ઝારખંડ?
- મહેસાણા સહિ‌ત ઉ.ગુજરાતના ચારે જિલ્લાઓને ઘમરોળતી સાયબર ક્રાઇમ ટોળકી
- એટીએમ પાસવર્ડ તેમજ પીન નંબરના આધારે ખાતામાંથી મોટી રકમ ઉપાડી લે છે
- મહેસાણામાં નોંધાયેલી સાતથી વધુ ફરિયાદ, અરજીઓની સંયુક્તપણે હાથ ધરાયેલી તપાસ
 
મોબાઇલ ફોન કરી એટીએમનો પાસવર્ડ તેમજ પીન નંબર મેળવી સાયબર ક્રાઇમ આચરતી ટોળકી મહેસાણા સહિ‌ત ઉત્તર ગુજરાતને ઘમરોળી રહી છે, ત્યારે મહેસાણાના જજ તેમજ બનાસકાંઠાના મહિ‌લા પોલીસ પણ તેમાંથી બાકાત નથી. એટીએમ કાર્ડ ધરાવતા હજારો બેંક ગ્રાહકોને નિશાન બનાવાનું નેટવર્ક ઝારખંડથી ચાલતું હોવાનું હાલના તબક્કે પોલીસ તપાસમાં ખૂલ્યું છે. ત્યારે મહેસાણા પોલીસે તે દિશામાં તપાસનો દોર લંબાવ્યો છે. નોંધનીય છે કે, મોટેભાગે નેટબેન્કિંગથી સાયબર ક્રાઇમ આચરતી ટોળકી એટીએમનો ઉપયોગ ટાળતી હોઇ બેંક તેમજ પોલીસની નજરથી તે આબાદ રીતે બચી રહી છે.
 
એટીએમ કાર્ડધારકને મોબાઇલ ફોન કરી તેમના બેંક એકાઉન્ટ તેમજ એટીએમ પાસવર્ડ અને પીન નંબરની માહિ‌તી માંગી તેમના ખાતામાંથી મોટી રકમ તફડાવી જવાની ઘટના મહેસાણા સહિ‌ત ઉત્તર ગુજરાતના અનેક એટીએમ કાર્ડધારકો સાથે બની છે. પોલીસ તેમજ બેંક સત્તાધિશોને માથું ખંજવાળવા મજબૂર કરી રહેલ આ સાયબર ક્રાઇમ નેટબેંકિંગ દ્વારા આચરાતુ હોવાનું હાલના તબક્કે મનાઇ રહ્યું છે. ત્યારે મહેસાણા જિલ્લામાં છેલ્લા એક મહિ‌ના દરમિયાન સાયબર ક્રાઇમને લગતી આવી સાતથી વધુ ફરિયાદ, અરજીની હાથ ધરાયેલી તપાસ ઝારખંડ સુધી લંબાઇ છે. 
 
પોલીસના મત મુજબ ઝારખંડથી ખરીદેલા બોગસ મોબાઇલ સીમકાર્ડને આધારે સાયબર ક્રાઇમ આચરાઇ રહ્યું છે. ત્યારે બેંક સત્તાવાળાઓના કહેવા મુજબ સાયબર ક્રાઇમ આચરનાર પાસે ગ્રાહકનો એકાઉન્ટ નંબર અગાઉથી જાણતો હોવો જોઇએ, બાકી તે માત્ર એટીએમના પાસવર્ડના આધારે ગ્રાહકના એકાઉન્ટમાંથી નાણાં ઉપાડી શકે નહીં. મહેસાણા પોલીસે હાલના તબક્કે ભોગ બનનાર વ્યક્તિઓના મોબાઇલમાં આવેલા નંબરોનો લોકેશન મેળવવા સહિ‌તના દિશામાં તપાસ લંબાવી છે.

જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી નવનીત મહેતાએ આજે સાવલી તાલુકાના ભાદરવા કેન્દ્ર પર પહોંચી જઈ ચેકીંગ હાથ ધરતાં અલગ અલગ પરીક્ષા ખંડમાંથી કાંપલી સાથે ગેરરિતી આચરતી ધો.૧૦ની એક વિદ્યાર્થીની તેમજ બે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સહિત કુલ ત્રણને પકડી પાડી તેમની સામે કોપી કેસ કર્યો હતો.
  • ત્રણેય સુપરવાઈઝરોને તત્કાળ ફરજમુક્ત કરાયા
સાવલી તાલુકાના ભાદરવા ગામે આવેલી જી આર ભગત શાળામાં માદ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા દસમાના કેન્દ્રની ફાળવણી કરવામા આવી હતી. દરમિયાન આજે સવારે દસ વાગે ગણિત વિષયની પરીક્ષા યોજાઈ હતી.
બીજી બાજૂ સાવલી તાલુકાના કેટલાક કેન્દ્રોમાં વ્યક્તિગત અને સામુહિક પ્રકારે ગેરરિતી આચરાવાની શક્યતાઓને પગલે જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારી નવનીત મહેતા આજે બી આર ભગત હાઈસ્કૂલ ખાતે પહોંચી ગયા હતા તથા તમામ પરીક્ષા ખંડમાં ફરી પરીક્ષાર્થીઓનુ ચેકીંગ હાથ ધર્યુ હતુ. ચેકીંગ દરમિયાન બ્લોક નંબર ૮માં બેઠક નંબર ૭૩૩૪૪૦ પર પરીક્ષા આપી રહેલી વિદ્યાર્થીની મીનાબેન ગામીત, તેમજ બ્લોક નંબર ૧૨માં ૭૩૩૨૪૮ નંબર પર પરીક્ષા આપી રહેલ હર્ષદ ડાભી તથા બ્લોક નંબર ૧૩માં ૭૩૩૫૯૫ નંબર પર પરીક્ષા આપી રહેલ ગોપાલ બ્રીજનુ ચેકીંગ કરતાં તેમને કાંપલી સાથે રંગેહાથ પકડી પાડયા હતા.
 જેથી જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીએ ત્રણેય પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ સામે કોપી કેસ અંતર્ગત કાર્યવાહી કરી માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડને તે અંગે લેખિત જાણ કરી હતી. ઉપરાંત જે પરીક્ષા ખંડમાંથી કોપી કેસ પકડાયા હતા તે તમા ત્રણેય ખંડના સુરવાઈઝરોને પરીક્ષા કામગીરીમાંથી ફરજ મુક્ત કરી દેવા પણ ડીઈઓએ સૂચના આપી હતી. આ કોપી કેસ સંદર્ભે માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડની પરીક્ષા સમિતિ પરીક્ષાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સાંભળી તેમની સામે યોગ્ય શિક્ષાત્મકાર્યવાહી કરશે તેમ ડીઈઓ નવનીત મહેતાએ ટેલિફોનિક વાતચીત દરમિયાન ઝમાવ્યુ હતુ.
