ચૂંટણી પહેલાં નીચેના પ્રશ્નોના ઉકેલ હકારાત્મક આવે તેવું દેખાઈ રહ્યું છે. 

1.   ૩૦૦ રૂ. મેડીકલ 

2.   ઉચ્ચત્તર શિક્ષકને એન્ટ્રી લેવલ પે સ્કેલ તથા આચાર્ય પગાર વિસંગતતા 

3.   ફાજલ શિક્ષક રક્ષણની નવી નિતી

4.   ફિક્સ પગાર માં ફેરફાર તથા અજમાયશી સમયગાળામાં ઘટાડો

5.  ચિત્ર શિક્ષકોના પગાર વિસંગતતાના પ્રશ્નોના ઉકેલ 

ઉચ્ચત્તર ભરતીમાં વિલંબ કેમ ?

ઉચ્ચત્તર શિક્ષકની ભરતીનો ત્રીજો તબક્કો જાહેર થયે આજે  ૧૩ દિવસ થયા હોવા છતાં આગળ ભરતી બોર્ડ દ્વારા ચોથા તબક્કાની જાહેરાત પણ થતી નથી કે કોઈ સૂચના પણ મૂકવામાં આવતી નથી.
હજારો આશાસ્પદ ઉમેદવારો ભરતી આચારસંહિતા પહેલાં ઝડપી પૂરી થાય અને ઝડપી ઓર્ડર મળી પસંદ થયેલ શાળામાં ચૂંટણી પહેલાં હાજર થવાનું ઈચ્છી રહ્યા છે. પરંતુ કયા કારણસર કોના ઈશારે ભરતીમાં વિલંબ થઈ રહ્યો છે  તે સમજાતું નથી. કમ્પ્યૂટરના જમાનામાં ભરતીમાં ખરેખર ઝડપ થવી જોઈએ જ્યારે અહિ  વિલંબ કેમ કરવામાં આવે છે તે સમજાતુ નથી. લાખો ઉમેદવારોની કારકિર્દી સાથે કોના ઈશારે વિલંબ થઈ રહ્યો છે તે ઉમેદવારોના પ્રશ્ન ચર્ચાઈ રહ્યો છે.   

ઉમેદવારોમાં સતાવતા પ્રશ્નો

1.  ઓર્ડર ક્યારે મળશે  ?
2.  શું ચૂંટણી આચારસંહિતા પહેલાં ભરતી પૂરી થશે ?
3.  હવે ઓર્ડર મળશે કે પછી ચોથો રાઉન્ડ પડશે ?
