Posted: 04 Dec 2013 01:26 AM PST મિત્રો - ઉચ્ચત્તર શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટેનું મેરીટ ખુબજ નજીકના સમયમાં જાહેર થશે એવું મારુ માનવું છે.  મેરીટમાં વિલંબ માટે નીચેનામાંથી કોઈ કારણ હોઈ શકે તેવું મારૂ અંગત માનવું છે ? 1.  મેરીટ તૈયાર કરવામાં મદદ કરનાર કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ હોય.  2. ખાલી જગ્યાઓ સ્પષ્ટ થતી ન હોય  3. રાજકીય ફાયદા માટે તેલ નહિતો તેલની ધાર ની જેમ રાહ જોવાતી હોય  4. ટેકનીકલી ડેટાબેક અપમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ હોય.  5. ડેટાબેંકમાં ખામી સર્જાઈ હોય  6. ઓનલાઈન ભરતી કરવી કે પછી મેન્યુઅલી ઉમેદવારને બોલાવીને ભરતી કરવી તેનું આયોજન થતું હોય.  7.  જૂના શિક્ષક તથા શિક્ષણ સહાયકોની જગ્યાઓ બાબતે જિલ્લા રોસ્ટર આયોજન ચાલતું હોય  8. ઉપરથી ઓર્ડરની રાહ જોવાતી હોય. વારંવાર ભરતી દરમ્યાન થતા કોર્ટ મેટરથી બચવા ફૂલપ્રુફ આયોજન થતું હોય કે જેથી હવે પછી ભરતીમાં કોર્ટ મેટર ન બને અને ભરતી લંબાય નહિ.  9. ઉમેદવારોની ધીરજની પરીક્ષા થતી હોય. 10. પ્રોફાઈલ મંજૂર કરેલા શિક્ષકો કે જેઓ હાલ ચાલુ છે તેમની નોકરી માટેની કોઈ ચોક્કસ નિતી ઘડાતી હોય.  મિત્રો - ઉપરોક્ત કારણો મારા મંતવ્ય મુજબ છે. આ સિવાય પણ કોઈ કારણ હોઈ શકે છે.
