ચિંતા અને ચિંતન

મિત્રો - પાંચ વર્ષ સુધી અસહ્ય મોઘવારીના જમાનામાં પેટે પાટા બાંધીને ફિક્સ પગારમાં કુટુંબનું ભરણપોષણ કરી જ્યારે કર્મચારી ફૂલ પગારમાં આવે છે ત્યારે કે પછી પોતાના હકના જી.પી.એફના નાણા ખરા જરૂરિયાતવાળા પ્રસંગે જરૂર હોય ત્યારે ફૂલ પગારની ફાઈલો ક્લીયર કરવા અને જી.પી.એફનો ઉપાડનો ચેક તૈયાર કરવા જાણીજોઈને નાણાની રોકડી કરવા ( પૈસા પડાવવા ) કચેરીમાં લાગતા વળગતા દલાલો કે ક્લાર્ક - અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા દબાવી રાખવામાં આવે છે અને ફાઈલ ક્લીયર કરાવવા નાણા માંગવામાં આવે છે. જો પૈસા આપવામાં ન આવે તો જાણીજોઈને ક્વેરી કાઢી ફાઈલ વિલંબમાં નાખે છે. ફાઈલ વિલંબમાં પડવાના કારણે ચાણક્યના લેબલવાળા સ્વાર્થી શિક્ષકો દોડતા આવા લેભાગુ તત્વોના ઘૂંટણિયે પડી સામે ચાલીને નાણા કોઠળી ખુલ્લી મૂકે છે અને પાછા વર્ગખંડમાં નિતીના પાઠો - ભષ્ટ્રાચાર કરવો જોઈએ નહિ અને ભષ્ટાચાર કરનારને રોકવો જોઈએ તેવી મીઠી મધુરી વાતો કરે છે.

મિત્રો - આવા ઓફિસોમાં પૈસા માંગતા ચહેરાઓ ખરેખર ડરપોક હોય છે. આવા ચહેરાઓના ઘૂંટણિયે પડવાની કોઈજ જરુર નથી. જરૂર છે આવા લેભાગુ તત્વોને ખુલ્લા પાડવા એંટી કરપ્શન બ્યુરોમાં ધ્યાન દોરી છટકું ગોઠવવાની. બજારમાં ખૂબજ નાના બટન ટાઈપના કેમેરા આવે છે. આવા ટેક્નોલોજીના સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ કરી આવા લેભાગુ તત્વોના ભષ્ટાચારની ડીમાન્ડનું રેકોર્ડીગ કરી ખુલ્લા કરવાનું અભિયાન ચાલુ કરો. રડતા રડતા - રેંગતા રેંગતા આવા ભષ્ટાચારી ક્લાર્ક કે લાગતા વળગતા અધિકારી તમારા ઘૂંટણિયે ના પડે તો કહે જો મને ?

ચાણક્યની વાતો કરવાથી ચાલશે નહિ. ખરેખર ચાણક્ય બનવાની જરૂર છે. એક વાત જીવનમાં બરાબર યાદ રાખજો - સત્યવાન હેરાન થઈ શકે છે પરંતુ હારતો નથી.લાંબા સમયે પણ એની જીતજ થાય છે.
