ફિક્ષ પગારકેસ માં નાણા વિભાગ માંથી મળતી આધારભૂત સુત્રો ની માહિતી મુજબ

એવું લાગે છે કે સરકાર લગભગ માનસિક રીતે બધાને ફૂલ પગાર આપવા તૈયારી બતાવી છે

કારણકે તેને કોર્ટ માં આપ્રકાર નું એફિડેવિટ કરવાની છે તેવી માહિતી મળી છે વર્ષ ૯૮ પછી જે સહાયક મિત્રો નોકરી લાગેલ છે તે બધા લોકોને નોકરી માં પાંચ વર્ષ ગણી લેવા

અને હાલ પુરતું એરીયર્સ આપવું કે નહિ....?? તેની કોઈ માહિતી હજુ મળી નથી. અને ત્યાર બાદ સરકાર બધાજ કર્મચારી મંડળ જોડે સરકાર કેટલાક મુદ્દા પર સમાધાન કરવાની છે

જેવી કે એરિયર્સ ના આપવું , સીપીએફ વાળા મિત્રો ને જીપીએફ માં નાં મુકવા હાલ નાં બધાજ સહાયક ને ફૂલ પગાર આપવા ની શરતી તૈયારી બતાવાની છે

જો પાંચ વર્ષ ગણે તો ૫ ઇજાફા આપવાકે નહી તે બધી

ગણતરી કરવાનું ચાલુ કરી દીધું છે.
