અગાઉ બોર્ડ દ્વારા મેન્યુઅલી ફોર્મ ભરાતા હતા. બોર્ડ જાતે કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં ડેટા નંખાવતી હતી. ત્યારે અસંખ્ય ભૂલો આવતી હતી.જ્યારે આજે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ શાળાઓ દ્વારા ભરવામાં આવે છે. જેથી ભૂલોનું પ્રમાણ ઘટ્યું છે. અને બોર્ડનું કામ ખૂબજ સરળ બન્યુ છે. પરંતુ નીચેના મુદ્દા વિશે બોર્ડના અધિકારીઓએ વિચારવાની જરૂર છે.

0. ધોરણ - 10 તથા ધોરણ 12 માટે ઝોનવાઈઝ કે જિલાવાઈઝ સર્વર બનાવવા જોઈએ જેથી ટ્રાફિક વહેંચાઈ જાય અને ફોર્મ ભરવામાં ખૂબજ ઝડપ આવે . અત્યારે અડધા કલાકે એક થી બે ફોર્મ ભરાય છે. સમય તથા વીજળીનો વ્યય થાય છે. ટૂંકમાં મોબાઈલ ઈન્ટરનેટ દ્વારા પણ ઝડપી ફોર્મ ભરી શકાય તેવા સર્વર બનાવવા જોઈએ.

1. અગાઉ બોર્ડ આવેદનપત્ર ભરાવતી હતી ત્યારે ડેટા કમ્યૂટરમાં નંખાવવાની જરૂરી ફી આવેદનપત્ર સ્વરૂપે લેવામાં આવતી હતી તે સ્વાભાવિક હતી અને બોર્ડને પણ તે ફી કમ્પ્યૂટર ડેટા નંખાવવા માટે ચૂકવવી પડતી હશે . પરંતુ હવે જ્યારે શાળાઓ દ્વારા જ્યારે ફોર્મ ભરાય છે ત્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીદીઠ લેવામાં આવતી ૧૫ રૂપિયા આવેદનપત્ર ફી શાળાઓને આપવી જોઈએ. કારણકે શાળાઓ દ્વારા ફોર્મ ભરાવાથી ચોક્સાઈ આવે છે અને બોર્ડનું કામ પણ સરળ થયું છે. શાળાઓને પણ ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ખર્ચ થાય છે તે અધિકારીઓએ યાદ રાખવું જોઈએ.

2. શાળાઓમાં બ્રોડબેંડ કનેક્શન તથા ડેટા સર્ફિગ ચાર્જ આવેદનપત્રની ફી માંથી વાપરી શકાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા કરવી.

3. ઘણી શાળાઓ ફોર્મ બજારમાં સાયબર કાફેમાં ભરાવે છે

તો તે માટેના ખર્ચનું શું ?

4. બોર્ડ નરો-વા-કુંજરો વા જેવી વાતો કરે છે. ફોર્મ ભરવાની જવાબદારી આચાર્ય- શિક્ષક- ક્લાર્ક બધાની છે તે વાત કરે છે. પરંતુ શિક્ષક શાળામાં ફોર્મ ભરવા બેસે તો અભાસક્રમનું શું ? ફ્રી તાસમાં ફોર્મ ભરવા બેસે તો એકાદ તાસમાં 2 થી વધુ ફોર્મ ભરી શકાતા નથી.

5. બોર્ડ દ્વારા શાળામાં ચિત્ર - શા.શિ ના જેમ કમ્યૂટર શિક્ષકની ભરતી થવી જોઈએ જેથી ફોર્મ ભરવાની પ્રક્રિયામાં સરળતા રહે.

6. મોટાભાગના શિક્ષકો પાસે CCC ની ડીગ્રી છે પરંતુ શાળામાં સમયપત્રકમાં કમ્પ્યૂટર તાસના અભાવે તેઓ કમ્પ્યૂટર
નોલેજથી જાણતા હોવા છતાં અજાણ છે.

અત્યારે ગુજરાતની મોટાભાગની શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ 10 તથા 12 ના બોર્ડના ફોર્મ ભરવાની ઓનલાઈન પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ છે. ફોર્મ ભરવામાં સરળતા રહે તે માટે મારા મિત્ર શ્રી બાબુભાઈ પટેલ - જડીયા હાઈસ્કૂલ - જિ. બનાસકાંઠા દ્વારા એક વિડીયો બનાવેલ છે.

વિડીયો આપના કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં જોશો તો ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે જોવા મળતી મોટાભાગની સમસ્યાઓનો ઉકેલ મળશે. અગાઉ આ જ બ્લોગ ઉપર તેમના દ્વારા બનાવેલ સહી અને ફોટાની સાઈઝ માટેનો વિડીયો મૂકેલ હતો. આશા રાખીએ આ વિડીયો આપ સૌને ઉપયોગી થશે.

મોબાઇલ પર 2G ઇન્‍ટરનેટ સેવા મોંઘી થઇ

નવી દિલ્‍હી તા.૧૬ : મોબાઇલ ઇન્‍ટરનેટને સસ્‍તા કરવાના તમામ દાવાઓને ખોટા ઠેરવીને ટેલીકોમ કંપનીઓ તેના ભાવમાં સતત વધારો કરી રહી છે. દેશની ટોચની ટેલીકોમ કંપનીઓ એરટેલ, વોડાફોન અને આઇડિયાએ ઇન્‍ટરનેટના ટેરીફ પ્‍લાન મોંઘા કરી દીધા. રજી ઇન્‍ટરનેટ ટેરીફમાં એક વર્ષની અંદર બીજી વખત આ કંપનીઓએ વધારો કર્યો છે. ભારતીય મોબાઇલ ફોન સેવાના બજારમાં આ ત્રણેય કંપનીઓની હિસ્‍સેદારી પ૩ ટકા છે.

ઇન્‍ટરનેટનો ઉપયોગ સીધે-સીધો મોંઘો કરવાના બદલે આ કંપનીઓએ પાછળનો રસ્‍તો પસંદ કર્યો. આ ત્રણેય કંપનીઓએ રજી નેટવર્ક કેટલાક પ્‍લાન પર ડાઉનલોડની માત્રા સીમીત કરી દીધી છે. હવે ગ્રાહકોએ પોતાના મોબાઇલ પર ૧-જીબી ડેટા ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે પહેલાના મુકાબલે રપ ટકા વધુ ચુકવણું કરવુ પડશે. આ કંપનીઓ અત્‍યાર સુધી રૂ.૧રપમાં ૧-જીબી ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની સગવડ આપતી હતી હવે ઘટાડીને પરપ એમબી કરી દીધી છે.

દિલ્‍હીના એરટેલના ગ્રાહકોએ ૧-જીબી ઇન્‍ટરનેટ ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે હવે રૂ.૧પ૬ ચુકવવા પડશે. આઇડિયા ૧પ૪ રૂપિયામાં ર૮ દિવસ અને વોડાફોન ૧પપ રૂપિયામાં ૩૦ દિવસની ઓફર આપી રહી છે.

મુંબઇમાં એરટેલ અને આઇડિયાના ૧-જીબી પેક ૧પ૪ રૂપિયા અને વોડાફોનના ૧પપ રૂપિયામાં ઉપલબ્‍ધ થશે. દિલ્‍હીમાં એરટેલે ૯૮ રૂપિયાના પેકનો ગાળો ર૮ દિવસથી ઘટાડીને ૧૪ દિવસ કરી દીધો છે. આનાથી પ્‍લાન બમણો મોંઘો થઇ ગયો છે.

ત્રણેય કંપનીઓએ રજી નેટવર્ક પર અપાતી ઇન્‍ટરનેટ સેવાઓ મોંઘી કરી છે. આ કંપનીઓએ આ નેટવર્ક હેઠળ કેટલીક યોજનાઓના ચાર્જ નથી વધાર્યા પરંતુ ડેટા ડાઉનલોડની માત્રામાં કાપ મુકયો છે. આના કારણે રજી મોબાઇલ ઇન્‍ટરનેટ મોંઘુ થઇ ગયુ છે. ગ્રાહકે ૧-જીબી ડેટા ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે રપ ટકા વધુ દેવા પડશે.
