| બદલી કેમ્પમાં શાળાના કુલ મહેકમને ધ્યાને લેવા આદેશ Posted: 04 Jul 2013 01:24 AM PDT બદલી કેમ્પમાં શાળાના કુલ મહેકમને ધ્યાને લેવા આદેશ : સંગઠન રજૂઆત કરીનેભેખડે ભરાયું પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણમાં વહીવટીક્ષેત્રે મગજની નસો ખેંચાઇ જાય તેવી મહેકમની પ્રક્રિયા બાદ જાહેર કરાયેલો બદલીનો કેમ્પ યોજાય તે પૂર્વે જનિયામકના એક આદેશે હવા કાઢી નાખતાં હવે કેમ્પ ક્યારે યોજાશે, તેના પર અનિશ્ચિતાના વાદળો ઘેરાયાં છે, તો બીજીતરફ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકે પ્રાથમિક-ઉચ્ચ પ્રાથમિક કેડર જજાણે રદ્દ કરી નાખી હોય તેવું અર્થઘટન સ્થાનિકેથી કરાતા શિક્ષકોમાં અસંતોષ ફેલાયો છે. નિયામક આર.સી. રાવલે તા. ૨/૭ના પરિપત્ર દ્વારા જણાવ્યું છે કે,વધઘટની બદલી કરતી વખતે શાળાનું મંજૂર મહેકમ ધ્યાને લઇ અને જો વધ થતી હોય, તો શાળાના સૌથી જુનિયર શિક્ષકને વધઘટની બદલીનાનિયમાનુસાર વધમાં ગણીને બદલી કરવાની રહેશે. આ સંદર્ભે અભ્યાસુના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર નિયામકના પરિપત્રથી સ્પષ્ટ થાય છે કે,શાળાના કુલ મંજૂર મહેકમમાં ધો. ૧થી પમાં આઠ શિક્ષક ફરજ બજાવતા હોય અને ધો.૬થી ૮માં બે શિક્ષક ફરજ બજાવતા હોય આવી સ્થિતિમાં ધો. ૬થી ૮માં બે શિક્ષકોની ઘટ પડે, તો ધો. ૧થી પવાળા એટલે કે પીટીસીવાળા શિક્ષકોને ધો. ૬થી૮માં વિષય શિક્ષક તરીકે સમાવી લેવામાં આવશે. બીજા શબ્દોમાં હવે પ્રાથમિક કે ઉચ્ચ પ્રાથમિક એવી કેડર રહેતી નથી, એવું સ્થાનિકે માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.  |
