પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુઓને નિમણૂકો ન અપાતાં કન્ટેમ્પ્ટ રિટ લાયકાત ધરાવતા પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુ ઉમેદવારોને હાઇકોર્ટના હુકમ છતાં વિદ્યાસહાયક તરીકે નિમણૂંકો નહી અપાતા નારાજ પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુ ઉમેદવારો તરફથી હાઇકોર્ટની ખંડપીઠ સમક્ષ કન્ટેમ્પ્ટ પીટીશન દાખલ કરવામાં આવી છે. જસ્ટિસ જયંત પટેલ અને જસ્ટિસ ઝેડ.કે.સૈય્યદની ખંડપીઠે સીંગલ જજના ચુકાદાનો અમલ કરવા અથવા તો આ મામલે જરૂરી ખુલાસો કરવા શિક્ષણવિભાગના પ્રિન્સીપાલ સેક્રેટરીને તા.૨૦મી જૂને અદાલત સમક્ષ હાજર રાખવા રાજય સરકારને નિર્દેશ કર્યો છે. ખંડપીઠે પોતાના હુકમમાં સ્પષ્ટ જણાવ્યું હતુંકે,સીંગલ જજના ચુકાદાનું પાલન કરવાની રાજય સરકારની ફરજ છે. હાઇકોર્ટના આ વલણ બાદ ૨૦૧૦-૨૦૧૧ના લાયકાત ધરાવતા પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુ ઉમેદવારોને વિદ્યાસહાયક તરીકેની નિમણૂંક મળવાની સંભાવના છે. *.ચુકાદાનો અમલ કરવાની સરકારની ફરજ છે: હાઇકોર્ટ સરકાર દ્વારા તા.૧૨-૨-૨૦૧૩નું જે જાહેરનામું બહાર પાડયું છે,તે સીંગલ જજના ચુકાદા પછી બહાર પડાયું છે અને તેથી તે ભવિષ્યની અસરથી લાગુ પડી શકે પરંતુ સીંગલ જજના ચુકાદાને નિરર્થક ઠરાવી શકતું નથી. અરજદાર અકબરી કૌશિક હંસરાજભાઇ તથા અન્ય પ્રજ્ઞાચક્ષુ ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા કરાયેલી કન્ટેમ્પ્ટ પીટીશનમાં એડવોકેટ કૌશિક.બી.પૂજારાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે,અરજદાર ઉમેદવારોએ ૨૦૧૦ અને ૨૦૧૧ની વિદ્યાસહાયકોનીભરતીમાં ભાષાના શિક્ષક માટે એપ્લાય કર્યું હતું અને તેઓ યોગ્ય લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોવાથી મેરિટમાં સમાવેશ પામ્યા હતા. પરંતુ તેઓ સો ટકા બ્લાઇન્ડ હોવાના કારણસર સરકારે તેઓનેનિમણૂંક આપવાનો ઇનકાર કર્યો હતો. સરકારનો આ નિર્ણય પર્સન વીથ ડીસેબીલીટીઝ એકટની ત્રણ ટકા અનામતની જોગવાઇઓ તેમ જ કેન્દ્ર સરકારનાજાહેરનામાની વિરૂધ્ધનો અને ગેરબંધારણીય હોઇ અરજદારોએ સીંગલ જજ સમક્ષ રિટ કરી હતી. જેમાં જસ્ટિસ અનંત એસ.દવેએ તા.૧-૧૧-૨૦૧૨ના રોજ અરજદારોનીલાયકાત તપાસી પસંદગીયાદીમાંસુધારો કરી તેઓને નિમણૂંક આપવા અંગે આઠ સપ્તાહમાં નિર્ણય લેવા રાજય સરકારને હુકમ કર્યો હતો. આ હુકમ છતાં સરકારે હજુ સુધી અરજદારોને નિમણૂંકો આપી નથી. અરજદારપક્ષ તરફથી જણાવ્યું કે,સરકારેતા.૧૨-૨-૧૩ના રોજ નવું જાહેરનામું જારી કરી સો ટકા બ્લાઇન્ડ પીપલને માત્ર મ્યુઝિક ટીચર તરીકે જ લાયક ગણવાઅને વિદ્યાસહાયકની ભરતીમાંથી બાકાત કરતો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે પરંતુ અરજદારો તો,૨૦૧૦-૧૧ની ભરતીપ્રક્રિયાવાળા ઉમેદવારો છે,તેઓને ૨૦૧૩નું જાહેરનામું કેવી રીતે લાગુ પડી શકે?, વળી,સીંગલ જજનો ચુકાદો પણ જાહેરનામા પહેલાનો છે તેથી જાહેરનામું અરજદારોના કિસ્સામાં લાગુ પડી શકે નહી. હાઇકોર્ટની ખંડપીઠે આ દલીલો ગ્રાહ્ય રાખ્યા બાદ તા.૨૦મીએ સરકારને આ મામલે ખુલાસો કરવા નિર્દેશ કર્યો હતો.

The Reserve Bank of India has issued notification for recruitment of Officers and invites applications from qualified and enthusiastic candidates. Details advertisement is given below with educational qualification, age limit, selection procedure, etc.

Job Description:

Job Title: Officers Grade 'B'

Number of vacancies: 98 Posts

Salary: Appointed candidate will be received remuneration in pay band Rs. 21000-1000-30000-EB-1000-32000-1100-36400/-. Initially, approximately monthly Gross emoluments will receive Rs.47855/-.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should have completed Bachelor's Degree with at least 60% marks or its equivalent OR Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks OR Doctorate Degree with minimum of 50% marks or Chartered/Cost Accountant/Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree OR Post Graduate Diploma in Management / MBA from recognized university.

Age Limit: Age of the candidate should between 21 and 30 years i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02/06/1983 and not later than 01/06/1992.

Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is available to Higher Qualified Candidates/SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per the rules of government.

Dates to Remember: Online application and online payment of application fees can be made from 12/06/2013 to 11/07/2013. Offline mode of fee payment is available from 14/06/2013 to 15/07/2013.

Application Fees: Candidates have to pay Rs.400/- as an application fee by online mode, by using MASTER/VISA debit/ credit cards/ Internet Banking or by using Fee Payment Challan submitting in any branch of Bank of Baroda / Bank of India / Bank of Maharashtra/ Indian Overseas Bank / Central Bank of India / Punjab National Bank / United Bank of India. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from application fee.

Selection Process: Selection will be made by conducting online examination, written examination, and Personal Interview.
