રાજ્યની અપર પ્રાયમીર ધોરણ-૬થી ૮માં ૮૮૦૦ વિદ્યાસહાયકોની ભરતીના ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં આવ્યા છે. તેમાં હાલમાં નોકરી કરતા ઘણાં વિદ્યાસહાયકોએ અરજી કરી છે. આથી મેરીટ અને અનુભવના લીધે નવા ઉમેદવારોને અન્યાય થવાની શક્યતા રહેલી છે. શાળામાં નોકરી કરતા વિદ્યાસહાયકો જો ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવવી હોય તો તેમના રાજીનામાં લીધા વિના કોલ લેટર નહિ આપવાની માંગ ઉમેદવારોમાં ઉઠવા પામી છે.
વિદ્યાસહાયક શિક્ષકોના રાજીનામા લીધા બાદ કોલ લેટર આપવા માગ
રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ વિભાગે રાજ્યના તમામ જિલ્લાની અપર પ્રાયમરી ધોરણ-૬થી ૮માં વિદ્યાસહાયકોની ખાલી જગ્યાઓ ભરવાની કવાયત હાથ ધરી છે. જેમાં ગણિત, વિજ્ઞાન અને ટેકનોલોજી, સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન, અંગ્રેજી, ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી, સંસ્કૃત વિષયના ઉમેદવારોના ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવાની કામગીરી પૂર્ણ થઈ છે. હવે આવેલા ફોર્મના આધારે મેરીટના ધોરણે ઉમેદવારના પસંદગી જિલ્લાના કોલ લેટર આપવાની કામગીરી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ વિભાગે શરૂ કરી દીધી છે. વિદ્યા સહાયકની આ ભરતીમાં હાલમાં અપર પ્રાયમરીમાં નોકરી કરતા ઘણાં ઉમેદવારોએ ફોર્મ ભર્યા હોવાનું જાણવા મળ્યું હોવાનું નવા ઉમેદવારોએ જણાવ્યું છે.
વિદ્યાસહાયકની ભરતીમાં અનુભવ તથા ટકાવારીનાઆધારે મેરીટ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવનાર છે. ત્યારે નવા ઉમેદવારોનું મેરીટ ઓછું થવાથી અન્યાય થવાની શક્યતા રહેલી છે. આ રીતે જો ચાલુ જ વિદ્યા સહાયકો અરજી કરશે તો નવા ઉમેદવારોને નોકરી મળવાની શક્યતા નહિવત રહેશે. ઉપરાંત જે ઉમેદવારોની ઉંમર થઈ ગઈ છે. તેમને વયમર્યાદાને લીધે હવે પછી નોકરી મળી શકશે નહિ તેવા આક્ષેપ સાથે વિદ્યાસહાયકના નવા ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામક સમક્ષ લેખિત રજૂઆત કરી છે.
નોકરી કરતા વિદ્યાસહાયકોએ ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવીહોય તો તેવા ઉમેદવારોનું પ્રથમ રાજીનામું લીધા બાદ જ કોલ લેટર આપવાની માંગણી નવા ઉમેદવારોએ કરી છે. ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે અગાઉ વિદ્યાસહાયકની ભરતી થઈ હતી તેમાં નોકરી કરતાવિદ્યાસહાયકોના રાજીનામા લીધા બાદ જ કોલ લેટર આપવામાં આવ્યા હોવાનું ઉમેદવારોએ જણાવ્યું છે. શાળામાં ફરજ બજાવતા વિદ્યાસહાયકો આ રીતે ઉમેદવારી નોંધાવી શકે નહિ તે માટે કડક નિયમો બનાવવાની માંગણી કરી છે. ઉમેદવારોની માંગણીને ધ્યાનમાં નહિ લેવામાં આવે તો કોર્ટના ધ્વાર ખખડાવવાની ચિમકી નવા ઉમેદવારોએ ઉચ્ચારી છે.

Dadabhai naorojiDadabhai naoroji was born in 1825. Dadabhai navaroji the aegis lost his father at age five . Dadabhai Naoroji's work focused on the drain of wealth from India into England through colonial rule.  He stepped out of his college days at the Elphinstone Institution with a host of academic honours and became a partner of the first Indian commercial company set up in Britain. In England itself, he began the task of exposing the miseries India was suffering under the British administration. one of the reasons that the Drain theory is attributed to naoroji is his decision to estimate the net national profit of India, and by extension, the effect that colonization has on the country.
