                          આ સંદર્ભમાં શિક્ષણમંત્રી જણાવ્યું છે કે, માધ્યમિક વિભાગના ફાજલ શિક્ષકોના પ્રશ્ને આજે સરકારે હકારાત્મક નિર્ણય લીધો છે. તદ્અનુસાર માધ્યમિક વિભાગના ફાજલ શિક્ષકોને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિકમાં ફરજ બજાવી શકશે તથા અપર પ્રાઇમરી શરૂ થતાં ધો.૮ના નવા વર્ગોમાં આવા ફાજલ શિક્ષકોનો સમાવેશ કરી શકાશે. સરકારે તેના પરિપત્રમાં સ્પષ્ટ કર્યું છે કે, ફાજલ શિક્ષકોને જે તે જિલ્લાની નગરપાલિકા અને મહાનગરપાલિકા સહિતની પ્રાથમિક શાળાના ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક વિભાગમાં નવા શરૂ થતાં ધો.૮ના વર્ગ માટે ઉપલબ્ધ ખાલી જગા સીધી ભરતીના વિદ્યાસહયાકથી ન ભરતાં પ્રથમ ગ્રાન્ટેડ માધ્યમિક શાળાના વર્ગ ઘટાડાને કારણે ફાજલ શિક્ષક કે શિક્ષક સહાયક દ્વારા ભરવાની રહેશે. આ રીતે ખાલી જગા ભરાયા બાદ પણ ખાલી રહેતી જગા સીધી ભરતીથી ભરી શકાશે. આ અંગેની કાર્યવાહી જે તે જિલ્લા, જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીએ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીના પરામર્શમાં પૂરી કરવાની રહેશે.

જીલ્લા પસંદગી ના વિકલ્પ ભરવા માટે

ઉમેદવારો માટેની સૂચના :
(૧) તા. 24/08/2013 ના રોજ રાજ્ય ની બિન સરકારી ગ્રાન્ટેડ ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓ માં જુના શિક્ષકો / શિક્ષક સહાયકોની પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરવા માટે આપેલ       જાહેરાત ના અનુસંધાને અગાઉ તબક્કાવાર વિકલ્પ આપી શાળા / જીલ્લા ની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તે કાર્યવાહી રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. આથી ઉમેદવારો એ અગાઉ       આપેલ તમામ વિકલ્પ રદ ગણવામાં આવે છે.
(૨) શિક્ષણ સહાયક/જુના શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટે ગુજરાતી/અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમના ઉમેદવારોને જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ તા. ૧૨-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ના ૧૧-૦૦ કલાક થી
       તા. ૧૪-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ૨૩:૫૯ કલાક સુધી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે.
(3) જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ આપ્યા બાદ ઉપલબ્ધ જગ્યાઓ મુજબ જિલ્લાઓની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે, જે વખતોવખત ના નામદાર ન્યાયાલય ના ચુકાદાઓને       આધીન રહેશે.
(4)  ઉપરોકત નિયત કરેલ સમય મર્યાદા માં ઉમેદવાર દ્રારા ઓનલાઇન વિકલ્પ ભરવામાં નહિ આવે તો સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાંથી ઉમેદવાર પોતાના હ્ક્ક આપો આપ       ગુમાવશે.
(૫) નીચે પત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો પોતાના જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ ભરી શકશે.

રાજ્ય ની બિન સરકારી ગ્રાન્ટેડ ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષક સહાયક / 

જુના શિક્ષકની ભરતી

ઉમેદવારો માટેની સૂચના :
(૧) તા. 24/08/2013 ના રોજ રાજ્ય ની બિન સરકારી ગ્રાન્ટેડ ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળાઓ માં જુના શિક્ષકો / શિક્ષક સહાયકોની પસંદગી યાદી તૈયાર કરવા માટે આપેલ       જાહેરાત ના અનુસંધાને અગાઉ તબક્કાવાર વિકલ્પ આપી શાળા / જીલ્લા ની કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તે કાર્યવાહી રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. આથી ઉમેદવારો એ અગાઉ       આપેલ તમામ વિકલ્પ રદ ગણવામાં આવે છે.

(૨) શિક્ષણ સહાયક/જુના શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટે ગુજરાતી/અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમના ઉમેદવારોને જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ તા. ૧૨-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ના ૧૧-૦૦ કલાક થી  
       તા. ૧૪-૦૫-૨૦૧૪ ૨૩:૫૯ કલાક સુધી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે.

(3)
 જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ આપ્યા બાદ ઉપલબ્ધ જગ્યાઓ મુજબ જિલ્લાઓની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે, જે વખતોવખત ના નામદાર ન્યાયાલય ના ચુકાદાઓને       આધીન રહેશે.

(4)  ઉપરોકત નિયત કરેલ સમય મર્યાદા માં ઉમેદવાર દ્રારા ઓનલાઇન વિકલ્પ ભરવામાં નહિ આવે તો સમગ્ર ભરતી પ્રક્રિયામાંથી ઉમેદવાર પોતાના હ્ક્ક આપો આપ       ગુમાવશે.

(૫) પ્રથમ તબક્કામાં નીચે પત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ મેરીટ સુધીના ઉમેદવારો પોતાના જીલ્લા પસંદગી માટેના વિકલ્પ ભરી શકશે.
