Job Description: 1) Job Title: Principal and Dean Number of Vacancies: 1
Salary: Pay band of Rs. 37400-67000 + AGP Rs. 10000/-
Educational Qualification: Master degree with at least 55% in relevant discipline from a recognized University. And PhD degree in relevant discipline in the institution concerned with evidence of published work and research guidelines.
Experience: 15 years experience of teaching/research/administration
Age Limit: Below 55 years
Age Relaxation: in suitable cases of the employees of Gujarat Agriculture Universities
2) Job Title: Professor & its equivalent Number of Vacancies: 8
Salary: Rs. 37400-67000/- with AGP of Rs. 10000/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess the PhD degree in concerned discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books/research/policy papers.
Experience: 10 years of teaching/ research experience
Age Limit: Below 55 years

3) Job Title: Associate Professor & its equivalent post Number of Vacancies: 22
Salary: Rs. 15600-39100/- with AGP of Rs. 8000/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates having a good academic record with a PhD degree in the relevant discipline and Master Degree with at least 55% marks
Experience: 8 years of teaching/ research experience
Age Limit: Below 45 years

4) Job Title: Assistant Professor & its equivalent Number of Vacancies: 11
Salary: Rs. 15600-39100/- with AGP of Rs. 6000/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates having a good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks in Master's degree level in relevant subject from recognized university. They must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET)
Age Limit: Below 35 years
Age Relaxation: in suitable cases of the employees of Gujarat Agriculture Universities
5) Job Title: Registrar Number of Vacancies: 1
Salary: Rs. 15600-39100 + GP of Rs. 7600/-
Educational Qualification: Candidates possess the Master Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade and PhD in Agricultural Sciences or equivalent qualifications.
