શાળાઓમાં ફોર્મ વિતરણ :-૭મીએ પ્રથમ ૧૦મીએ બીજી અને ૧૨મીએ ત્રીજી મેરીટ યાદી

અમદાવાદ, મંગળવાર
ધો. ૧૦ની પરીક્ષાનું પરિણામ આવી ગયા બાદ હવે ધો. ૧૧ સાયન્સની શાળાઓમાં આવતીકાલથી પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા શરૃ થશે. ડીઈઓ દ્વારા કેન્દ્રીય પ્રવેશ પધ્ધતિથી અમદાવાદ શહેર અને ગ્રામ્યની લગભગ ૧૯૦૦૦ બેઠકો પર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ ફાળવાશે. આવતીકાલથી સાયન્સની શાળાઓમાં ફોર્મનું વિતરણ થશે અન ૬ઠ્ઠી જુન સુધીમાં ફોર્મ જમા કરાવવાનાં રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ શાળાઓ પ્રથમ મેરીટ યાદી ૭મી જુને, બીજી યાદી ૧૦મીએ અને ત્રીજી અને છેલ્લી મેરીટ યાદી ૧૨મી જુને નોટીસ બોર્ડ પર મૂકશે.
ઉપરાંત ધો. ૧૦માં એક કરતાં વધુ પ્રયત્ને પાસ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થી જો પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માંગે તો તેના પાંચ વિષયના કુલ ગુણમાંથી પાંચ ગુણ બાદ કરી તેનો મેરીટ યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે. બીજી બાજુ આવતીકાલથી શાળાઓએ ફોર્મ વિતરણ કરવાનું રહેશે. દરેક શાળા ફોર્મની કિંમત રૃા. પાંચથી વધુ રાખી શકશે નહીં.
નિયમ મુજબ શાળાઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું મેરીટ બનાવી તે મુજબ વર્ગદીઠ પોતાની સ્કુલનાં ૪૦ વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રવેશ આપવાનો રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ મેરીટ મુજબની બહારની શાળાનાં ૧૦ વિદ્યાર્થીને લેવાના રહેશે. જ્યારે અનામત કેટેગરીનાં બીજા ૧૬ વિદ્યાર્થીને દરેક શાળાએ તેના મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ ફાળવવાનો રહેશે.
ત્રણ દિવસ સુધી ફોર્મનું વિતરણ કરાશે. ભરાયેલા ફોર્મ છઠ્ઠી જુન સુધીમાં પરત આપવાના રહેશે. દરેક શાળા ૭મીએ પ્રથમ મેરીટ યાદી પોતાનાં નોટીસ બોર્ડ પર મૂકશે. ત્યારબાદ ૧૦મીએ બીજી અને ૧૨મીએ ત્રીજી યાદી મૂકાશે. લઘુમતી શાળાઓ પોતાની શાળાના ૪૬ અને અન્ય શાળાનાં ૨૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ લઇ શકશે. ડીઈઓ કચેરી દ્વારા કેન્દ્રીય પ્રવેશ પધ્ધતિથી પ્રવેશ અપાશે. ૧૩ જુનનાં રોજ ડીઈઓને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યાદી શાળાઓએ આપી દેવાની રહેશે. વર્ગદીઠ ડીઈઓની મંજૂરી સિવાય વધુ પ્રવેશ ફાળવનારી શાળા વિરુધ્ધ કાર્યવાહી કરાશે. મેરીટ મુજબ પ્રવેશ મેળવનારા વિદ્યાર્તીઓ પોતાની ઈચ્છા મુજબ ગુ્રપ-A, ગુ્રપ-B કે ગુ્રપ- AB રાખી શકશે. અનામત કક્ષાનાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ ૨૫ જુનથી શૈક્ષણિક સત્રની શરૃઆત કરવાની રહેશે.

અનામત કેટેગરીનાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા ૧૬-૧૭મી જુને
અનામત કક્ષાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે વિવિધ આઠ શાળામાંથી ૧૬ અને ૧૭મીનાં રોજ પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ વિતરણ કરાશે. આ બન્ને દિવસોએ જ ભરેલા ફોર્મ જે-તે શાળા દ્વારા સ્વીકારાશે. જેની પ્રવેશ ફાળવણી ૨૩મી જૂને રાયખડની કન્યા શાળામાં કરાશે. ઓપન અને અનામત વિદ્યાર્થીઓની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થઇ ગયા બાદ જો કોઇ કારણોસર વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રવેશથી વંચિત રહી ગયો હોય તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ૨૫મી જુના રોજ નિયત કરેલી આઠ શાળામાંથી અસલ એલસી રજૂ કરીને ફોર્મ મેળવી તે જ દિવસે વિતરણ કેન્દ્ર પર જમા કરાવવું તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે કન્યા શાળા ખાતે ૩૦મી જુને પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા કરાશે.

ગુજરાતમ માધ્મયમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડના વડોદરા ડિવિઝન દ્વારા આજે ધો.૧૦નું પરિણામ જાહેર કરાયું હતું અને આ પ્રસંગે મીડિયા સાથે વાતચીત કરવા અને સંપૂર્ણ જાણકારી આપવા રાજ્યના શિક્ષણમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રસિંહ ખાસ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.જેઓએ આ પ્રસંગે કેટલીક બાબતો પર ભાર મુકતા જણાવ્યું હતું કે જો અમને પુરો સ્ટાફ મળશે તો આગામી વર્ષથી ધો.૧૦ની ઉત્તરવહીઓ પણ અમે બતાવીશું. આ ઉપરાંત હાલ બીએસસીમાં સેન્ટ્રલાઈઝ સીસ્ટમ અંગે કેટલીક યુનિવર્સિટીઓની કોલેજોમાં વિરોધ ઉભો થયો છે તે અંગે ફરી એકવાર કુલપતિઓ સાથે બેઠક કરી ચર્ચા કરીશું અને વિરોધ શા માટે છે તે જાણીશું.
ગુજરાત શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા હાલ ધો.૧૨ સાન્યસમાં નાપાસ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીના રીએસેસેન્ટ એટલે કે ફેર અવલોકનની અરજી નિકાલ સંદર્ભે વિદ્યાર્થીને રૃબરૃ બોલાવીને તેની ઉત્તરવહી બતાવવામા આવે છે. પરંતુ ધો.૧૨ કોમર્સ અને ધો.૧૦માં ઉત્તરવહી બતાવવામા નથી આવતી ત્યારે આ અંગે આજે ધો.૧૦ના પરિણામની જાહેરાત પ્રસંગે ઉપસ્થિત રહેલા રાજ્યના શિક્ષણ મંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર સિંહ ચુડાસમાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે અમારી પાસે હાલ પુરતો સ્ટાફ નથી અને તેની સામે ધો.૧૦માં મોટી સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય છે અને નાપાસ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની રીચેકિંગ અને રીએસેસમેન્ટ માટેની અરજીઓ પુષ્કળ પ્રમાણમાં આવતી હોય છે ત્યારે ધો.૧૦માં રીએસસેમેન્ટ દરમિયાન વિદ્યાર્થીને રૃબરૃ ઉત્તરવહી બતાવવી શક્ય નથી.પરંતુ આગામી સમયમાં અમને પુરતો સ્ટાફ મળશે તો ધો.૧૦માં પણ અમે રીએસેસમેન્ટમાં ઉત્તરવહીઓ વિદ્યાર્થીને બતાવીશું.
આ ઉપરાંત રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા તાજેતરમાં બીએસસી કોલેજોમાં સેન્ટ્રલાઈઝડ સીસ્ટમથી પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી કરવા અંગે જાહેરાત કરવામા આવી છે ત્યારે રાજ્યની ભાવનગર,પાટણ અને ખાસ કરીને એમએસ યુનિ.ની કેટલીક કોલેજોમાં વિરોધ ઉભો થયો છે તેમજ કેટલીક કોલેજોએ સેન્ટ્રલાઈઝડ સીસ્ટમ પહેલા જ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશ આપી દીધો હોઈ આ અંગે ભુપેન્દ્રસિંહ ચુડાસમાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ સીસ્ટમને લાગુ કરતા પહેલા અમે રાજ્યની તમામ યુનિ.ઓના કુલપતિઓ સાથે બેઠક કરી હતી અને લાંબી તથા ઊડાણપૂર્વકની ચર્ચાઓ બાદ જ આ નિર્ણય લેવાયો છે પરંતુ હવે આ મુદ્દે જ્યારે વિરોધ ઉભો થયો છે ત્યારે અમે શા માટે વિરોધ કરાયો છે તે અંગે તપાસ કરાવીશું અને આ સીસ્ટમની સમીક્ષા કરાવીશું.

૧૦-૧૨ના પરિણામોમાં આ વર્ષે બોર્ડે પ્રથમવાર ગુરૃવારની પરંપરા તોડી
ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા દર વર્ષે ધો.૧૦ અને ધો.૧૨ કોમર્સ તેમજ સાયન્સ એમ ત્રણેય પરિણામો ગુરૃવારે જ જાહેર કરાતા હોય છે.ગુરૃવાર એ સરસ્વતી તેમજ જ્ઞાાન-કૌશલ્યનો શુભ વાર છે તેથી પરીક્ષાની શરૃઆત સાથે છેલ્લા અનેક વર્ષોથી ધો.૧૦ અને ૧૨ના પરિણામમાં બોર્ડ દ્વારા ગુરૃવાર જ નક્કી કરવામા આવે છે.છેલ્લા ઘણાં વર્ષોથી બોર્ડ ધો.૧૨ સાયન્સ,કોમર્સ કે ધો.૧૦નું પરિણામ હોય ગુરૃવારે જ જાહેર કરતું હતું.પરંતુ આ વર્ષે પ્રથમવાર બોર્ડે આ પરંપરા તોડીને ત્રણેય પરિણામો ગુરૃવાર છોડીને અન્ય વારે જાહેર કર્યા છે.જો કે તે માટે આ વર્ષે ચૂંટણી પણ એક મહત્વનું કારણ છે.

નિમણુક ની કાર્યવાહી અંગે સબંધિત જીલ્લા શિક્ષણ અધિકારી નો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રેહશે.
