માધ્યમિક માં ગણિત - વિજ્ઞાન નાં શિક્ષકો માટે ફરીથી સરકાર શ્રી તરફ થી નવો ફ્લોપ કીમિયો શોધી 

કાઢવામાં આવ્યો છે 

                   હાલ માં જ મેહસાણા જીલ્લામાં એક પરિપત્ર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે . જેના સદર્ભે ગણિત - વિજ્ઞાન નાં શિક્ષકો માં નીચે મુજબ ની  ચર્ચા શરુ થઇ ગઈ છે કે હવે.....

૧ . જો આ પરીપત્ર અનુસાર કામગીરી કરવામાં આવે તો અભ્યાસક્રમ પર્ણ કેવી રીતે કરી શકાય ?

૨. જે કામ વિધાર્થી ને પ્રાથમિક માં કરવાનું છે તે હવે માધ્યમિક મા કરવું પડશે જે નાં કારણે હોશિયાર   વિદ્યાર્થી ને ખુબજ અન્યાય થશે

૩. જ્યાર થી S.C.E -2010 આવ્યું છે ત્યારથી ખુબજ હોશિયાર વિદ્યાર્થી ઓનો  નવી -પરીક્ષા પધ્ધતિ થી       વિકાસ અટકે  છે. આ પદ્ધતિ નબળા વિદ્યાર્થી ને જ લાગુ પાડી શકાય

૪ . આ પરિપત્ર અનુસાર ફક્ત નબળા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જ પ્રોત્સાહન મળે છે જે ખુબજ દુખ દાયક છે. હોશિયાર વિદ્યાર્થી ની સાચી કસોટી થતી નથી

૫. મુદ્દા ૨  માં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ નાની શાળા માં ગણિત-વિજ્ઞાન નાં આટલા મેગેજીન પરવડે તેમ નથી

૬. અઠવાડિયા માં બે વખત વિજ્ઞાન ક્વિઝ રમાડવી તે પણ અતીશયોક્તિ લાગે છે. જે થી  ક્વીઝ નિરશ બન છે

૭ .છેલ્લા મુદા માં લખ્યુ છે કે માત્ર ને માત્ર વિદ્યાર્થી ને ૩૩-૩૫ ગુણ માટે ની પરીક્ષા લક્ષી જ મહેનત કરાવો   જેથી સરકાર શ્રી નાં સેલ્ફ - ફાઈનાન્સ કારખાના ધમધોકાર ચાલે.

                               વિદ્યાર્થી ને વિષય લક્ષી બનાવાને બદલે ફક્ત પાસ થાય તેમાજ મહત્વ આપવામાં આવેછે. અને સરકાર શ્રી ને ફક્ત આકાડાકીય માહિતી માં જ રસ છે.

                               ધોરણ ૧૧-૧૨ સાયંન્સ માં સેમેસ્ટર પદ્ધતિ એટલી બધી સરળ છે કે ધોરણ ૧૦ માં ૫૦ % પાસ થનાર વિદ્યાર્થી પણ આરામ થી ૧૨ સાયન્સમાં ૬૦% ગુણ સાથે પાસ થઇ જાય છે

                             જેથી ૩૫-૪૦ % પાસ થનાર  વિદ્યાર્થી ઓને ખુબજ સરળતા થી એન્જીનીયરીંગ માં એડમિશન મળી જાય છે અને વાલીઓ પાસે થી ૨-૪ લાખ ખંચેરી લેવામાં આવે છે  અને તેવા વિદ્યાર્થી ઓની હાલાત ધોબી નાં કુતારા જેવી થાય છે ના ઘર નાં નાં ઘાટ નાં  ??? અબ્યાસ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી રોજગારી નાં નામે મીંડું ........ વિચારો ...જરા..... વિચારો ......મિત્રો .....

ઘણા શિક્ષક મિત્રો પૂછે છે કે  વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રથમ પરીક્ષા એટલે કે SA માં નાપાસ થાય એટલે કે ૩૩ ગુણ થી ઓછા આવે તો શું કરવું ? 

મિત્રો - વિદ્યાર્થી ધારોકે ૧૦૦ ગુણના પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં ૩૩ ગુણ લાવી શકે નહિ તો તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીનું ઉપચારાત્મક કાર્ય કરી ફરી પરીક્ષા લેવી અને બંને પરીક્ષામાંથી વધુ ગુણ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા.
માનીલો કે પ્રથમ પરીક્ષામાં ૧૦૦ માંથી ગણિતના પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં ૧૮ ગુણ આવે છે. તો રેમેડીયલ ટીચીંગ કરી ફરી ૧૦૦ ગુણની પરીક્ષા લેતાં  ૨૧ ગુણ આવે તો તેના SA-1 ના ગુણ ૨૧ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા .વિદ્યાર્થી ફરી પરીક્ષા લેતાં ફરજિયાત ૩૩ ગુણ લાવે તે જરુરી નથી. FA1 + FA2 + SA1 + FA3 + FA4 + SA2 ના કુલ  ૩૦ માંથી ૧૦ ગુણ ફરજિયાત થાયતો વિદ્યાર્થી પાસ થાય ૧૦ થી ઓછા ગુણ હશે તો વિદ્યાર્થી બોર્ડમાં નાપાસ ગણાશે.  

ટૂંકમાં દરેક FA તથા દરેક SA માં ફરજિયાત પાસ થાય જ તે જરુરી નથી. FA તથા SA માં પ્રથમ વખતે ૩૩ ટકા ગુણ ન મેળવે તો ફરી FA તથા SA કરવું અને બંનેમાંથી વધુ ગુણ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા. આવી સમજ અમને અમારી તાલીમ તથા આચાર્યશ્રીએ માર્ગદર્શન આપેલ છે.

Call letters have been dispatched / are being dispatched according to exam schedule to eligible candidates only through Business Post. RRC-WR will not be responsible for non-receipt of call letters, postal delay or wrong delivery.
 
However, the duplicate Call letter can be downloaded from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell's website i.e. www.rrc-wr.com, seven ( 7 ) days prior to the scheduled date of written exam. Duplicate call letter can also be issued in person by producing one recent passport sized photograph with Identity proof like Driving Licence, PAN card , Voter's card, Passport ,Original certificates of Educational Qualification and Date of Birth, at Railway Recruitment Cell's office 3 days before the written exam during 10.00 hrs. to 17.00 hrs.
 
Ineligible Candidates are being informed separately along with reasons for rejection of their application. The same can also be seen from the website of Railway Recruitment Cell's website i.e. www.rrc-wr.com . If any applicant has any query regarding eligibility/ineligibility etc. they may contact RRC- Western Railway's office on phone no. 022-67643649 on any working day from 10-10-2013 onwards between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
