બિનસરકારી માધ્યમિક શાળાના કર્મચારીને પાસપોર્ટ માટે એનોસી કોણ આપી શકે ? Posted: 20 Sep 2014 10:52 AM PDT બિનસરકારી માધ્યમિક શાળાના કર્મચારીને પાસપોર્ટ માટે એનોસી કોણ આપી શકે  ? સારસ્વત મિત્રો-  કુશળ હશો.  પાસપોર્ટ એ ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતો ખૂબજ અગત્યનો ડોક્યુમેંટ્સ છે. જ્યારે પાસપોર્ટ નવો મેળવવાનો હોય કે જૂનો પાસપોર્ટ રિન્યુ કરવાનો હોય ત્યારે નવુ ફોર્મ ભરવાનું થાય છે. ફોર્મની અંદરની વિગતોમાં  સરકારી કર્મચારી માટે Governmenet  અને અન્ય માટે Others નું ઓપ્શન સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું હોય છે. અને તે પ્રમાણે પાસપોર્ટ મળે છે. ભવિષ્યમાં સરકારી કર્મચારી વિદેશ જવા આવકમાં ઈંકમટેક્ષ રિટર્ન બતાવે છે.  સરકારી નોકરી કરતા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોને ડી.પી.ઓ દ્વારા એનોસી મળે છે. જો ફોર્મમાં બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક - ઉચ્ચત્તર શાળાના શિક્ષકો ગવર્નમેંટ્સ ઓપ્શન બતાવે તો પાસપોર્ટ ઓફિસ જરૂરી નમૂનામાં ડી.ઈ.ઓના સહી સિક્કા સાથેની એનોસી માગે છે. પ્રશ્ન - 1    શું  બિન સરકારી અનુદાનિત માધ્યમિક - ઉચ્ચત્તર શાળાના કર્મચારીઓ  ગવર્નમેંટ્સ ( સરકારી ) કર્મચારીઓ ગણાય કે મંડળના કર્મચારી  ? તેને ઓનોસી ક્યાંથી મેળવવી ? ઘણા ડી.ઈ.ઓ  પાસપોર્ટ માટે એનોસી આપે છે અને ઘણા ડી.ઈ.ઓ એનોસી આપતા નથી. એકજ ડિપાર્ટમેંટ્સમાં આવી વિસંગતતા કેમ ? એનોસી ન આપતા ડી.ઈ.ઓના મતે બિનસરકારી શાળાના કર્મચારીઓ સરકારી કર્મચારી કહેવાય નહિ. તેથી તેમને મંડળ દ્વારા એનોસી મેળવવાની રહે છે. મંડળની એનોસી પાસપોર્ટ ઓફિસ ચલાવતું નથી.  જો બિનસરકારી શાળાનો કર્મચારી મંડળનો જ કર્મચારી ગણાય તો ---- 1..   શિક્ષકો ને તાલીમ મંડળ આપે છે ? 2.    શિક્ષકોને પેપર તપાસવા મંડળ મોકલે છે ? 3.    શિક્ષકોના પગાર મંડળ ચૂકવે છે ? 4.    શિક્ષકોના શિક્ષણ કાર્યનું ઈસ્પેક્શન મંડળ કરે છે કે ડી ઈ ઑ ? 5.    તાજેતરમાં શિક્ષકોની ભરતીની પ્રકિયા સરકાર દ્વારા કેમ કરવામાં આવે છે ? આ પોસ્ટ અંતર્ગત આપના અભિપ્રાય કોમેંટ્સમાં આવકાર્ય છે.
